Dunkin’s
service
is
absolutely
terrible.
I’ve
mobile
ordered
from
here

times,
and
my
order
has
not
been
ready
on
time
once.
Yesterday,
I
had
my
order
set
for
pick
up
at
6:30am.
I
got
there
at
6:35am
and
they
hadn’t
even
started
my
order!
I
got
a
dozen
donuts,
and
10
munchkins.
They
weren’t
even
working
on
it
when
I
got
there.
They
were
prioritizing
their
in-store
clients.
A
group
of
4
walked
in
while
I
was
there,
ordered
at
the
front,
and
left
before
my
order
was
even
started.
There
was
a
gentlemen
who
had
been
there
waiting
for
his
mobile
order
of
donuts
before
I
even
got
there,
and
they
hadn’t
started
his
order.
I
waited
patiently
giving
the
benefit
of
the
doubt
that
maybe
they
were
super
busy,
but
that
they
knew
I
was
waiting.
They
didn’t
even
ask
me
what
I
was
there
for.
The
gentlemen
who
had
been
waiting
longer
that
I
had,
had
to
interrupt
and
say
that
he’s
still
waiting
on
his
donuts.
Then
I
said
I
am
as
well.
This
was
at
6:37.
It
took
them
a
couple
minutes
to
even
start
our
orders.
I
left
there
at
6:40
with
my
order.
They
had
no
excuse
and
did
not
apologize.
I
was
severely
disappointed
with
the
service
here.
Absolutely
absurd.
I’ll
give
it
one
more
chance,
but
after
that,
I
will
not
be
returning.
