The drive thru is super slow, staff seem overwhelmed, under trained. This location needs better management and staff need re-training. If you pay cash, a lot of times they can’t make change because the register is short on money, you would think as a new location they would do better.

This Dunkin’s service is absolutely terrible. I’ve mobile ordered from here 2 times, and my order has not been ready on time once. Yesterday, I had my order set for pick up at 6:30am. I got there at 6:35am and they hadn’t even started my order! I got a dozen donuts, and 10 munchkins. They weren’t even working on it when I got there. They were prioritizing their in-store clients. A group of 4 walked in while I was there, ordered at the front, and left before my order was even started. There was a gentlemen who had been there waiting for his mobile order of donuts before I even got there, and they hadn’t started his order. I waited patiently giving the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were super busy, but that they knew I was waiting. They didn’t even ask me what I was there for. The gentlemen who had been waiting longer that I had, had to interrupt and say that he’s still waiting on his donuts. Then I said I am as well. This was at 6:37. It took them a couple minutes to even start our orders. I left there at 6:40 with my order. They had no excuse and did not apologize. I was severely disappointed with the service here. Absolutely absurd. I’ll give it one more chance, but after that, I will not be returning.

I stood at the counter without even being acknowledged or greeted while they took at least 2-3 drive thru orders that started after I had walked in.

This is a friendly local dunkin' donuts 🍩 They are always super sweet to me, and the area is ALWAYS clean. You can smell the bleach upon entering! They always have fresh donuts and pastries in stock, and I love the mini donut balls there for my kids and I to share. It's so affordable for a mum of two! The space is limited for seating. Maybe about 6 people can eat and rest at one time. It doesn't get much crowded, so it won't be an issue most days. During the holidays and school days off, expect it to be packed. Remember, they make fresh and delicious food, so it is worth the wait. !

Terrible service. This has to be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts. I’ve never had a good experience any time I’ve come to this location. It doesn’t matter the day or time. The customer service and wait when there is no one there is mind blowing.

This store is always short staffed. The employees even show their frustration at no fault of theirs. They are simply overwhelmed with rush hour orders. Mobile orders are useless as most times you end up waiting with everyone else. Please staff this location with more employees.

I went here with my daughter and the coworkers were so behind on orders that they started arguing and cussing with one and other in front of my daughter! You could also hear them all bickering while They were in the back also. They were moving so slow that they took over 15 minutes to make two coffees and a muffin for us.I’m so not going back EVER again.

This morning is the second time in the month or so that I have placed a mobile order only to arrive at a closed store. This location needs to update their published hours of operation.

Love the hot and iced coffee and donuts. This location is usually out of donuts by early evening. Not sure why a donut shop would not always have donuts.

This Dunkin’s service is abhorrent. I’ve mobile ordered from here 3 separate times, and my order has not been ready on time once. Today, I had my order set for pick up at 6am, learning my lesson from the day prior of my order not being ready on time. Mind you, I put this order in LAST NIGHT so it would be the first thing they’d see. So I got there at 6:12 and they hadn’t even finished HALF of the order! I got 2 dozen donuts, 50 munchkins and a muffin. They had 6 donuts ready. They weren’t even working on it when I got there. They were prioritizing their in-store clients just like they did the day before. I had to interrupt and say “hey I had my order set for pick up at 6, it’s 6:12” and then 3 minutes later, they had someone working on the rest of my order. I left there at 6:20 with my order. They had no excuse and did not apologize. I’m never coming back here again, and I’m spreading the word at my workplace which is across the street, to not go to this location. Absolutely absurd.

Ordered a caramel iced coffee and got a hot coffee on a plastic cup with no ice, no caramel no sugar

I guess the people working there were semi-polite, BUT I placed a mobile order at 8:31 AM and I’m currently still waiting for it to be fulfilled at 9:15 AM. I even went inside after sitting in the drive thru for 10 minutes thinking it would be faster ughh
