I’ve been getting takeout from this joint for almost ten years now, and I can’t say enough good things about them. Their butter chicken is my standard against which all other curries are judged, and is my default recommendation to folks who are new to Indian food or heat-averse. The vindaloo here is also exceptional; ordering it spicy gets you heat AND flavor, which is a rare combination. The kitchen is well versed in both spice and seasoning and know how to strike a good balance. Don’t forget the naan, either. The naan here is soft and fluffy carbohydrate perfection. Side note, they have a great weekend buffet if you want to try a variety of dishes without commitment, so jump on that if you’re feeling adventurous. You won’t regret dinner from here.

Me and my friend dined here today about 2pm after reading reviews. They were serving buffet and we were eagered to try various dishes. The server was very nice, but that's it. The food was bland and the dishes/silverware was dirty. The fork was disgusting, the Naan bread was cold burnt, the curry goat was tasteless, the chicken was tasteless. Everything on the buffet bar was cold and nasty. We asked for fresh Naan bread, and it was brought to us in a filthy red plastic tray, you could see hair, old dirt caked in the plate. This restaurant is not clean or sanitary, the food was cold and not worth $16.99 per person. I will never return and don't understand how they got good reviews. The only good thing was the nice server. Waste of money

This was time ever trying this Indian food. I ordered butter chicken, and vegetable samosa. My husband got the tandoori chicken, and garlic naan, left me tell you… that butter chicken was bomb! I could eat that everyday! I highly recommend this place. Will definitely come back soon.

Chose this spot at random, really like the food. The naan was fresh, the rice was solid and the meat was flavorful.

My husband and I have been going to this place for about 4 years now. It seems like they have new management and so far we really like it. The food is fresher and tastier. And they have brought back lunch buffets! We went today, Friday, and enjoyed it. I'm vegetarian and my partner eats meat - we were both very happy with our meals. If you like Indian food, don't hesitate. PS - it's not very spicy unless you ask for it.

Good selection of food. Enjoyed lunch here for business. I would definitely come back but would like more options compared to other buffets serving similar Indian taste and style. Customer service was great.

Amazing food. Huge portions. Very retro, divey appearance but that doesn't affect the flavor. Get it to go if you want, but definitely do get it! #lambvindaloo #chickencurry #vegetablesamosas #chickensamosas

Got the medium butter chicken with garlic naan. Flavorful and perfect spice level. Service was friendly but sometimes busy as there was only one server

This is the best Indian food I have eaten hands down since I came back from living in the Asia Pacific. The food is consistently AMAZING! If you eat here you won't be disappointed.

I ordered takeout: Lamb Biryani, Channa Masala, and Saag Paneer. I'm trying to eat it right now, but it is all very, very bland and disappointing. The biryani is not actually biryani but clearly a lamb kebab buried under slightly mushy rice with some sort of sauce drizzled on top. Compared to others, the Paneer is oddly flavorless too, almost like an extra firm tofu type of experience. Of all the places I've tried Biryani in the DMV, this is the worst.

This is my absolutely favorite Indian restaurant! It’s a little hole in the wall, mom and Pop place that I enjoy eating at over and over again. As a vegetarian, I appreciate their numerous vegetarian options. I do not like spicy foods, but what is so great about their food is that even though I get mild dishes, every single one of them is brimming with delicious flavors. My favorite vegetarian dishes are the Navrattan korma, the yellow daal and the malia kofta. My favorite appetizers are the vegetable Samosa and the vegetable pakora. And their mango lassis are a sweet and wonderful treat. The prices are reasonable, especially since I usually get takeout and I’m able to get 2 to 3 meals out of every meal that I order.

Very tasty food, the quality is consistent everytime we order. We ordered takeaway so many times and the food is amazing! The owner is also very friendly and generous. I heard they have buffet lunch on weekends if you want to take a taste of their food.

The food is really great here! We eat Indian food often. We've never tried this place before. Very tasty. Many vegetarian options. Decor is basic. Soft music. But maybe next time I'll do dinner take out, more because of the plaza not the restaurant itself. If I worked nearby, I'd be here all the time for the lunch buffet though.

They were ready to close, when I arrived, but they said come on in and eat. I chose the buffet, everything was warm and delicious. I drove a distance to get there ,from ,(Bowie), but it was worth it.The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. I plan to return with my family and friends. JHX.03/17/2026

I have been going here for the past 6 months. I usually go for the buffet the price is right and the food is great. You also get a welcoming service. I love Indian food and the food here is delicious, so much so that I go twice a week. Unfortunately, the buffet is only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The menu offers an array of options even for vegans.

The food was so delicious and tasty. Every item was excellent and so good that we couldn’t stop talking about it. The menu they recommended was the best. Kids also liked their meal.

The butter chicken is incredible. We get it very often. Always consistent. We’ve tried this other places, not even close. Also tried other menu items and they were great!

We so enjoyed our dinner here! The owners were serving us and we enjoyed connecting with them and they accommodated all our wants and needs around our tastes. They were flexible with the food preparation and fun to get to know!

I got their veggie samosas and Malai Kofta with garlic naan and it was amazing! Naan was some of the best I’ve had and the spice level of the malai was excellent. Rice was authentic with the carrots and raisins, so good!

Food was not at all good. Although it looked like they cooked fresh food but the taste of food was not even closer to the dish we ordered. We weren't able to eat the full food we ordered because the food taste was horrible. Wish I could give negative reviews.
