There’s this Hispanic man that works as a cashier there. Whenever I come in he is always in a good mood. He always has a smile on his face and his positive energy is very rare. Super friendly. Please do not replace him by one of those robot cashier machines because these are the type of things in the human experience that we don’t get enough of. Makes you feel like you are shopping in a family owned store. Give the man a raise!

Did a pick up Target Wheaton and this is not the first time and it’s nasty. They don’t check your items before giving to you. This looks like rat bites! 0 starts

This Target frustrates me, especially since it's the closest to me. In theory it's convenient and the people are nice; however, nothing is ever on the shelves and it's frustrating! When the remodel was first finished, i was happy to, for once, see all of the shelves stocked like the other Targets in the area, but that didn't last very long.

The staff is nice. The store is newly remodeled and very clean. The problem with this store is that the stock is generally low. Empty shelves everywhere.

Very long lines for the self checkout. Only one REAL PERSON at a cash register. That line is also very long. Target are you trying to save money by cutting real peoples jobs for machines. BRING REAL PEOPLE BACK. LESS MACHINES.

The store has improved over the years. I used to go here as a child and it is sort of the same layout with new, exciting products. Target management has been on a role recently and this location has improved alongside the other Target locations. I would say, if you are purchasing albums or items with photo cards that there may be culprits that steal the photo cards from the albums, so please be weary.

On Saturday April 23rd my children and were forced to park across the street from the Target entrance of the mall because the parking lot was full to capacity. As my children and I walked along side of Target and knowing behold my children stepped some wet paint that was hidden in a blind spot, which no sign was displayed. The other patrons throughout the mall are rude and parking is terrible. Most of all, I am very displeased with how Target's contractors didn't put out a wet paint sign for customers. I will never visit Westfield Mall in the future.

This is pretty much my home target, and I liked it. They always seem to be trying to improve things. From changing the store layout, expanding the self checkout, more prominent pickup spots in the parking lot, etc, I like that they're always adapting. I will say that I wish the sports and trading card selection was a little bit bigger. Like some other stores and restocked more often, but I guess you can't have it all...

Went to this close to home Target to look for some kosher frozen food items I had found there months earlier. I was successful with that, some other food items and greeting cards that were in great supply. I didn't like the long lines for self checkout so used a cashier checkout that was nice and easy. It was difficult, but I refrained from following the Starbucks coffee aroma to purchase a drink.

Clean. Well stocked, but coustomer service desk employees could be trained in treating customers more kindly when after finding security tags left on clothes by cashiers after check out at least apologizing instead of blankly stating “receipt!” Recognize that your staff members caused your customer time and discomfort, and offer an apology. Its just polite.

I was surprised by how well stocked they were. Parking was a breeze. And, having multiple entrances and exits an added bonus. What stood out the most, was the customer service.

Overall: 4.00. Good selection of products with a full service Starbucks & CVS Pharmacy. Located inside Westfield Mall with easy access to other retailers. High foot traffic in store but plenty of registers. Convenient, free parking just outside of store. Accessible via car, metro rail and/or metro bus.

Great selection of products, and good customer service. I needed to return a product recently, and the staff took care of it with no fuss in a matter of seconds.

Excellent place to shop and it's nearby for me. Been coming here for years. Everything is well lit and clean. Good selection and the pricing is decent. All in all, recommended!

The store is good environment but the the manager (Thomas) should use better training and better customer service skills. awful experiance!!!!! I kindly ask him price much from the Rockville location how come you end up with a bad tough attitude? big alert for the wheaton target campany.

Carlos the cashier decided he wanted to be difficult when I asked him to price match a sunscreen. Mind you I work at the target in Laurel so I know how the entire process works. He caught an attitude with me and said “well go ahead” when I grabbed the sunscreen and began to walk to guests services. They proceeded to price match what I needed without question or attitude. This was May 10th around 6:45pm.

This is a reasonable sized Target with a grocery department upstairs. Only one checkout open in the whole store on my visit meant being stood for nearly 10 minutes to pay. Self service was closed downstairs. The staff seemed friendly and hardworking.

Love the Target in Westfield shopping center. The people are always nice, and I just made a return that was ridiculously easy to do. Nice selection also.

Completely disorganized, no staff to clean and organize. Online it says stuff is available, but when you actually see it, shelves are empty or items are misplaced.

No one seemed happy to be there. No one offered to help me look for what I was looking for. I spent 30 minutes wandering the store looking for an item I needed. When it looked as if I was approaching someone to ask a question, they would walk away. The store looked kind of disheveled. The check-out associate would not even speak when I said hello and thank you. They always have what I need at this particular Target but their customer service is lacking. I will be returning ONLY because they always carry the exact item I need... if it weren't for that, I'd travel 20 miles out where I know I would get better customer service.

The overall experience was not all bad. Charles the attendant was rude when I had a question about the order. A young lady who stepped in to help did redeem the experience.

Things are in stock and the store is well organized. Walter at the customer service counter was really helpful when a discount wasn’t applied to my purchase and I needed a price adjustment.

Emily from Ulta beauty section was extremely helpful! She really helped me find the perfect products for my face/hair. Emily definitely provided that 10/10 service. (I asked for assistance 25 minutes before closing and I didn't feel rushed at all)

Really nice people, but absurdly understaffed. Every checkout option on the lower level constantly closed, and rare they have staff to run more than one or two normal checkout aisles. Clear impact on stocking, too. Can't reach by phone. One of just two shops on the compound with bike parking, found on the back side at the mall entrance. Hope to see bike parking added at the new main entrance, esp if mall going to tighten up the hours for that shared entrance.

If you’re planning to shop at target in Wheaton or try to exchange a gift and don’t have your receipt good luck make sure to take a Spanish person with you. I try to exchange a gift and the young lady told me no but a Spanish girl was able to exchange with out a receipt. No policy’s on the wall for return or exchange

This is a newly remodeled Target Store. Every time I go to this store, it is very clean and organized. I do prefer this Target store over a Walmart store.

Severely lacking in kpop albums smh. They’re also all half ripped open, and people just steal the pcs out of them. The one time something other than Thursday’s Child was there, the plastic wrap was open. Also, I hate the new layout. I miss the Starbucks, and I wish custom service was at the front again.

Really clean location and very easy to navigate around. With current covid measures they take it really serious here as the entire staff is wearing masks and gloves. They have sanitizing stations all around the store

Never seen a target like this one, the lower flor is a mess you can't find someone to help you and many products are on the floor
