30 min in an out is what I need for my lifestyle. Being able to view the available workout slots on the fit body app for the day and week is a huge plus. The trainers at Woodward are great motivators an they look the part! Im out of breath after its over but I look forward to showing up the following day. The hard work is paying off.

The staff is friendly, nice and help with achieving your goals. I have never set foot in a gym before being scared of all the equipment and being judged. I wasn't like that with the fit body team. I am new to fit body boot camp however I know I am in the right place.
