The girl “Makayla “ should not be in front she is very rude she was rolling her eyes because my order wasn’t made right. She need to be washing dishes or something because she to rude to be in front with that attitude and my food was barely alright and they lemonades are getting worst ! I never really get ice i get a warm lemonade I’m done with them

I don't get the hype. The bread is very very tiny and the toppings are minimal. In pictures the meat is overflowing because the bread is so small. I ordered a Large "oldschool" sandwich which was supposed to be double meat, long story short and $16.00 down, I ended up going to another restaurant because I was still hungry. The customer service I won't say is bad, they're all just very young and seem to not want to be there. I would have received a larger sandwich, with more fresh ingredients and more bang for my buck at Jersey Mikes * this is not an ad or paid promotion* With that said, I would not recommend to a friend, lo siento amigo. *update* I emailed the company, per request in their response, and nothing happened. Maybe it's an automated response system but in their hopes to "make it right" nothing transpired.

The Sunday rush is definitely crazy sometime. I would recommend the weekday if you want a cheesesteak. The food is amazing here

This is next to hot dog on the stick which is very good it started in California according to what I read. This was not Charley's Philly and steak this place was hot dog on the stick lemonade is the best.

I went there at 7:25 and they said they were closed even though it said 8:00 the food is the best but it happened to me today again

They discriminate against those with medical conditions Update: I called & left multiple messages with corporate. I didn't receive one call back. When I noticed they replied to my original review with an email I decided to email them to inform them of the situation. Instead of taking responsibility of their employees' actions they tried to put the blame else where. Then said they hope I give them another chance. That definitely won't happen. Hope none of their future customers experience this situation because their food definitely isn't worth it & their actions show they are not about the customers

Food is good but customer service is the worst. Why to hire people who may ruin your business because they don't like their jobs.

I haven't been here in a long time but coming back I ordered the large regular Philly cheese steak with a large combo and I have to say everything ordered was so good. Fries were perfect, sub was juicy, bun was soft, and it was really tasty. A bit pricey (it is a mall food court) but overall worth it. I would definitely be back!

Good comfort food. Great for a lighter lunch. Usually the portions are better but today I was a little disappointed that their portions have shrunk.

Great subs sandwiches. I love the Philadelphia cheese steak subs. I got the large and it was too much food.

Bryson and Nicole are some really great people they know how to keep the customers happy they need a raise I highly recommend this spot!!!!!!

The quality of our Philly cheesesteak sandwiches was ok & no mushrooms found in the sandwich at all (I was looking and couldn't taste them either). Overall, the experience was pretty good at the register and that is why I'm giving them 3 stars ⭐ but the sandwich isn't that great even the taste isn't like what I remember from the past from other restaurants much like Charley's. Please improve the 🥪 sandwich, because for 13.49/Large this isn't what I was expecting at all! It's filling but it just isn't what I was expecting when I expected mushrooms and onions and I good amount of cheese to bind it together.

Food is always consistent, You can go to one in Clovis, sames taste as the one in Fashion Fair, that's why I enjoy Charley's
