Always takes 10 minutes more than they planned, often get the order wrong which always surprises me because I order online, written in front of them. Disinterested workers. Worst Domino's I've been to anyway

Ordered at 18.45pm, left it until 19.15 to go in to collect as had 25 drive to collect. When I went I was greeted by a cold uncaring lady who simply told me it wasn't ready. I left and came back 10 minutes later only to be told they didn't have the pizza I wanted. The man on the counter told me he had tried to call me, he did, at 19.15, at which stage I had already been in and had my encounter with the other lady, she said nothing about trying to call me .. it was now 45 minutes after my order was placed and I was offered a different pizza!!!! I used domino's alot, a least once a week and have had slight issues before, but now, never again!! Pity because I actually like the pizzas, when you can get them ! So disappointed

I went in store to order pizzas for my son and his friends and was told I could only order 7 toppings on a pizza when you can order 9 online. So I ordered online instead and went to get pizza which they were able to put 9 toppings on?? I find it strange that domino's online offers one service and domino's store Clonmel offers another(I don't know about other domino's stores)?? When I placed my order a family feast €30(showed this price after I ordered) and a collection special of any pizza for collection for €14. The total came up as €51(should have been €44). This happened before with the online order for the Clonmel store that the wrong price came up and I rang the store and was told it was an error online and I would only have to pay the price on the specials not the incorrect price as online. So I stupidly thought this would be the case again, how stupid of me. I had the pleasure of meeting Waqar whom had previously told me that I could only have 7 toppings on my pizza, I might just add I always order online when we get pizza from domino's, and this was the first time I was ever told about the maximum number of toppings is 7!! Waqar told me he had no control over the pricing online, which I understand. I showed him my email to say the deals I ordered and he tried to tell me that it was because I had 9 toppings on some pizzas but there was no change in the price of the family feast when I finished inputting the order. It went in as €30 with the extra toppings?? He then proceeded to tell me I needed to contact customer services, when I asked how to do this he told me he had no contact details, I would have to get them myself online. When I told him this happened beforehand and I rang up the store, he told me maybe I should not order online, in quite a rude manor. I asked his name and could not hear him properly and asked him to write it down. He told me "no" he could not write it down. His name badge was not visible at this stage. Eventually Waqar told me he could get me the UK number for domino's, and went to look it up. Another man who was waiting some time for his pizza while I was there(another error with the name put on the pizza) passed comment on the terrible service by Waqar whom he had placed his order with also!! Waqar came back with his phone showing me there was no email address or phone number for complaints. I find it hard to believe with all the domino's stores in Ireland now that there is no customer service number or email that store assistants know about for complaints or queries from customers in Ireland?? I paid the excess of €7 I am not upset about the price but the horrendous attitude of the staff member in the store, from before my order went in. It's an absolute joke!!

Great service. The staff were very nice and helpful. Good delivery time. Cheese was a little burned on the pizza however that only happened once.

Have ordered several pizzas in store and on their app, and the pizzas have always been consistently good. For a big “chain” store. There is plenty of choice and value to be had using the app to order. And you’ve the option of Home Delivery or pick up at the store. There are nicer pizza stores in Clonmel but this one isn’t bad at all.

Not recommended to eat pizza of them last week I seen one of the staff member dropping salami on the floor and then pick it up and put it straight back on the pizza 🤮

Changed my review.. had 2 stars, as tbh the food was absolutely disgusting a while back.. recently, a friend ordered from here, and the pizza was lovely. Ordered from here myself a few times since and it has been very nice food

Update; every time it is the same great quality. Even when busy. We've been to domino's all over the country and this is literally the best we've ever been to. Nora is wonderful, very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. The quality of the food is excellent, I cannot rate them high enough and this was at a very busy time too. Definitely somewhere we'll be coming back to! Best dough balls with the perfect about of cheese!

Wanted a small thin base pizza with 5 toppings.. Was told I couldn't have a small! Had to order a medium which was 19 euro instead of 13 euro!! Not going to domino's again and will be telling everyone I work with to avoid

I order a medium pizza deal with a medium pizza with sweetcorn and meatball, and with garlic bread with no cheese, and coco zero caffeine. The meal is absolutely outstanding. The pizza bread and crust taste amazing. the tomato sauce is wonderful. I give this solid 4 out of 5.
