Fast service Good people!

I've had very mixed experiences here. Only giving them 3 stars because dr gomez was very helpful and treated my issue well. I would give them 0 stars otherwise, as one day I went in with another patient, as they wanted me to come in for support. We were seeing a male doctor who barely spoke to the patient and ignored their worries, and started to comment on my acne. He wrote me up a prescription and didn't even help the patient out properly. It was degrading

I know we are in the middle of a pandemic but the service is a disgrace my sister had to wait 3hrs yesterday to even get through the phone queue to try get pain relief for her broken hip no one should be waiting this length of time it's a disgrace and not good enough my sister was sat in excruciating pain and then left 3hrs on the end of the phone before her call was answered it's not acceptable

After ringing for half an hour nobody picked up the phone and my credit is gone and I've a kid with a toothache

50 mins n no one answered

I found them excellent, I was in excruciating pain and after i got off the phone, the doctor was at my place within 30 min,unfortunately i cant remember his name it was sun 28/5/23, He could see i was in a lot of pain and distress and he made me feel at ease, very polite man and he made sure i understood everything he was explaining and the pain relief, probably the nicest doctor I've had, I'm very grateful 🙏

We have called on these folks multiple times for our infant daughter. They’ve always been very helpful. Don’t know what we’d do without them.

This place is an absolute joke rang for pain relief for my fiancee and expected we would able to travel from clonmel to cashel because clonmel closed at 11 even tho I rang looking for a doctor at 10.15 and refused to call to her home to help her she can't go to A&E due to severe asthma and can't risk catching COVID and was told on the phone that she could go even tho cases are on the rise didn't offer any further help just said to keep taking painkillers every 4 hours even tho she's already bin doing that and they haven't bin working plus No1 has the money to be taken them every 4 hours and doctor was very unwilling to visit plus we are both fully vaccinated and would gladly take any precautions if it meant they would help but very unhelpful & careless

My call was answered immediately. The nurse was very thorough. I had an appointment within 45 minutes. The person at the door was very courteous. I found the doctor excellent. He gave me plenty of time, explained everything really well and dealt with my illness really well. Thank you
