I
have
ordered
3
Beds,
3
King
Koil
Mattresses,
Pillows
etc.
in
first
week
of
Jun'20
and
today
I
went
to
purchase
the
dining
table
and
within
30
minutes,
made
up
my
mind
and
paid
the
30%
deposit
for
a
dining
table.
I
was
dealing
with
the
staff
member
named
Tara.
Soon
as
the
advance
was
paid
off,
I
asked
her
to
check
the
status
of
my
other
order
for
Beds
&
Mattresses,
which
I
had
told
Tara
beforehand
while
I
was
looking
at
the
dining
tables.
She
confirmed
that
she
will
have
a
look
at
that
when
I
will
come
at
the
checkout
to
make
the
payment
for
the
dining
table.
Tara
was
unable
to
find
the
order
by
using
my
mobile
number
so
I
told
her
to
use
my
wife's
number
since
David
(Branch
Manager)
was
also
able
to
do
that
earlier.
All
of
a
sudden,
Tara
told
me
to
wait
for
a
while
or
sit
somewhere
as
she
informed
me
that
she
will
have
to
call
the
customer
service
and
check
for
details
and
there
was
one
customer
waiting
behind
me.
While
I
didn't
understand
that
although
she
was
dealing
with
me
&
my
wife
at
the
counter,
how
can
she
leave
a
transaction
in
the
middle
just
to
attend
some
other
customer.
I
still
thought
it
to
be
okay
since
I
never
wanted
anyone
else
to
wait
becasue
of
me
and
therefore
I
sat
on
the
sofa
around
for
about
3-4
minutes.
Soon
as
the
other
customer's
query
was
completed,
I
went
up
to
her
again
and
I
told
Tara
that
the
confirmation
of
Dining
Table's
has
come
to
my
wife's
email
address
&
if
she
can
please
update
the
correct
email
address.
All
of
a
sudden,
she
rasied
her
voice
and
started
shouting,
I
&
my
wife
were
completely
zapped
&
unable
to
understand
what
happened,
I
still
kept
my
cool
and
remained
patient.
After
that
she
was
able
to
figure
out
the
complete
details
of
my
order
which
she
was
unable
to
find
earlier
without
giving
her
any
other
details.
This
cleared
my
suspicion
that
she
was
earlier
lying
about
unable
to
find
the
details
of
my
order.
After
that
she
said
"This
is
David's
order
and
not
my
order
and
I
will
still
send
an
email
to
customer
service
and
ask
them
to
get
in
touch
with
you".
And
I
thought
that
every
time
I
walk
in
to
EZ
Living
Furniture,
I
was
dealing
with
a
brand
rather
than
the
individual
staff
working
there.
I
told
Tara
that
I
am
not
sure
that
why
you
are
upset
but
you
have
no
right
to
shout
at
me
or
my
wife.
I
did
not
say
anything
bad
to
her
or
used
any
unprofessional
language
and
therefore
I
was
unable
to
understand
the
reason
for
this
behavior.
At
this
point
I
raised
my
voice
as
well
because
I
literally
felt
embarrassed
since
I
was
being
shouted
at
as
if
I
have
done
something
wrong
by
dealing
with
EZ
Living
furniture.
Tara
did
apologize
and
said
"I
thought
you
did
not
understand".
I
said
to
her
"Did
not
understand
what?".
I
am
a
highly
qualified
and
a
well
educated
person,
if
there
is
something
informed
to
me,
I
will
understand
but
the
problem
was
nothing
was
explained
to
me.
Just
because
I
look
to
be
from
a
different
nationality
(Indian)
although
I
am
an
Irish
now,
I
was
taken
for
granted
and
a
staff
member
thought
that
it
is
easy
for
them
to
shout
at
me
as
if
I
was
asking
money
on
loan
from
them
to
purchase
my
things!
I
was
in
a
state
of
shock
as
I
never
expected
this
kind
of
behavior
from
EZ
Living
Furniture
staff
and
therefore
I
immediately
ask
her
to
cancel
my
order
of
dining
table
and
issue
a
refund.
There
is
something
seriously
wrong
with
these
kind
of
employees
who
spoil
the
name
of
a
big
brand
like
EZ
Living
and
take
away
loyal
customer
like
me
from
the
organization.
