Free parking, needs at least 1h to explore the town. Great for walking around town. They suggested to take a river walk, which is great. We spent a total of 2h in this town, beautiful small town.

Lovely place great for people on a time crunch or who have time to meander through the area. Go enjoy tea and a snack in their great cafe in their visitor center. My favorite area was the park.

This is a very pleasant and bright place. They have a tourist shop and cafe. It is frequently mainly by tourists. I enjoyed the very good quality cafe and baguette. The staff here are very friendly and this place is very clean and modern.

Adare is a gem. This visitor centre is a great starting point. Has very interesting displays, not too many maybe about 10-15 minutes worth. There is a nice shop, and place for food+drink. A short walk of minutes away is a post office, inside a grocer. Staff are very nice and welcoming in the centre.

Adage Heritage Centre an ideal stop to 're fresh. Free parking to the rear of the centre with great toilet facilities, nice coffee shop with a light menu. From here you can wander around the village and check out the beautiful thatched cottages. Ideal stop on the way to the Cliffs of Moher from Killarney

The town of Adare is a must pit stop of driving close too. Great food, cute shops, gorgeous in-town park.

The perfect place to pitstop on a long journey. When traveling to Kerry from Offaly we often stop here to use the facilities and to grab a cuppa and bite to eat.

Staff we're so kind and welcoming. Couldn't recommend the castle tour enough. Jurgen was a really passionate guide.

Stunning and so worth the stop. So much to see, but the lack of safe crossing points on this busy road had me drop one star. Don't miss the mini-museum in the visitor's centre, or the lovely park opposite.

Check out the riverside walk. Odd thats its not signposted in the village where I only found maps of recommended driving routes! So I guess accidently they are encouraging you to leave the village? Good to point out other locations of interest but do giveout maps/apps or sign posts to riverside walk, castles, churches and other buildings of interest around and within the village.

Great simple fresh food, fast service, nice pot of tea. Perfect for "stop off on the road". Beats the madcap motorway cafes by far.
