Purchased two couches from Caseys Limerick. We were told we would be waiting 16 weeks for them. I ordered the couches in a grey colour with navy scatter cushions. When they eventually arrived the couches were navy and the scatter cushions were grey! Contacted customer service and was informed that it was a mistake by the manufacturer. I was left with the navy couches for another 12weeks while the mistake was rectified. Eventually the grey couches arrived only one of the couches was damaged. The damaged couch was taken away and allegedly repaired and returned some days later. I was unable to see what repairs were carried out as it was a structural part of the couch that was covered. Got very little satisfaction from customer service at Caseys when my wife complained only to be told that it was the manufacturers fault and was offered a €50 voucher for Caseys by way of compensation. So generous! Will not be shopping here again. Expected better service from a shop which I thought was quite reputable.

Furniture & rugs are beautiful & surprisingly good value at this time. Would definitely recommend to have look!!

If I could give Caseys 10 stars, I would. After a disaster with Kave Home I was reluctant to buy bedside cabinets sight unseen again. I found the Cassie bedside cabinets on Casey's website and while they looked perfect online, living in Dublin, I was unable to see them in person. I phoned the showroom in Limerick and spoke Liam who kindly sent me photos and a video of the cabinets on Whatsapp. I was delighted with them so Liam took payment and arranged delivery over the phone. He was so easy to deal with and a pleasure to talk to. I was given a delivery date and the delivery team called me the morning of with an hour window. On of the delivery guys even made my partner's day by chatting with him about his car. The cabinets are well made and really brighten up our bedroom. A big thank you to everyone involved.

A bit over powering on the vast selection, it's hard not to become confused, tired and sit in their couches daydreaming

Impressed with their furniture, we ordered a table online. Despite the distance, they went the extra mile by offering to video record the delivery. Highly recommend their service.

Don’t trust them, I got a Matress cost 1.4K promised 10 years grantees but sag and deform within 3 months of use, and they refused to take it back. Saying that is no a manufactured fault.

I placed an order with Caseys at the beginning of November 2020 for a table and chairs. The chairs were in stock, but the table had a lead time of 7-8 weeks, which was fine. I paid in full for both table and chairs. Before Christmas, I was told the table will be a few weeks late and it will be delivered in January, which was fine. In January, I was told that the table will be here in July 2021. I cancelled the order as I’ve gone already for more than two months at this stage without a table. Cancelling wasn’t an issue. Every single time, I was the one who initiated the conversation and asked for an update. I also ordered 2 beds, which I received and I am very happy about, top notch quality. This review is specifically about not being told upfront about such a big delay and having to go chasing myself for an answer.

I'm a bit disappointed, to be honest. Items just aren't value for money. Lovely shop and nice friendly staff, toilets extremely clean.

I'm late in writing this, but earlier on this year I had the pleasure of dealing with Ger in the bedroom department. He was an absolute gentleman and such a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't say enough good things about him.

Have had a few dealings with Casey’s Furniture recently & one minor issue which in fairness wasn’t their fault & their customer service has been exemplary & consistent throughout.Couldn’t speak more highly of them.

Exceptional. Emmett from online shopping was so helpful and thanks to him we got our perfect garden furniture in time for an event. The delivery men were also superb and put it all together so fast!

We had our first experience shopping at Caseys Limerick late last year. We found a lovely store and really nice helpful staff. We dealt with Breeda on that occasion. Unfortunately, a problem arose and we had to contact Caseys again. We did feel apprehensive ringing but our fears were unfounded. Liz from customer service was pleasant and accommodating and sorted out everything in very quick time. We returned to the store today where Derek was patient and very helpful. We could not praise this store more both in its customer policy and staff attitude. Pity there's not more like Caseys. Thank you all. We will most certainly be back.

Great selection of good quality furniture

Ok this is what ever furniture store are marked on. Simple put "the best "helpful staff and fabulous furniture. Sales have some great value. priced for high quality. Love clean stores limerick and Cork.

Staff are very friendly and not in your face they give you a chance to look and are there if you need them, great selection of furniture and all the accessories, also ZEST is upstairs so you can get something to eat, great food there even if you are not buying furniture

I would spend your money elsewhere. Ordered a dining table and three dining chairs. The table was months delayed in arriving and when it did, it was badly scratched, we had waited so long for the table to arrive we just accepted it, until one of the legs fell off after just a few days due to a fault with the assembly by Casey's. The 3 dining chairs arrived a few weeks later, all were broken when taken out of the box, literally smashed wood, the chairs also arrived with barely any packaging to protect the furniture. We had to wait a further 2 weeks to get replacements for both. Customer service were helpful at the beginning, but had promised to follow up - never heard back.

Ordered chairs that were on a 6 week delivery time line, called after 6 weeks and they said it would be another 4 weeks. Heard nothing, called 4 weeks later and they said it would be another 4 weeks. Took the chairs over 5 months to be delivered and they never called me once, I had to call every time. When they did arrive they damaged once during assembly but still delivered it and then they had to deliver another one. The stuff is good quality but the customer service I found very poor

We bought a Tempur mattress in October. Everything was perfect! The support, the delivery, everything! The mattress is fantastic and we recommend it to anyone! We are thinking of buying more items from this store due to their quality and support!
