Very tasty, cheap and healty. Lunch deal with large soup was only 6 euros.

This is a nice independent non-franchise place that specialises in soup, so they deserve a good review for that alone. What keeps me from giving 5 stars is the lack of thicker/blended soups on the menu. It is great to see a dedicated soup cafe in the city, please expand!

Best homemade soups ever. If you want a light lunch, this sis the best option. Went with the Thai yellow chicken with rice on my first visit. Went with Dahl Indian lentil in my 2nd visit. I arrived earlier this time and the place was empty and the nice lady was able to provide me with 3 samples. For heartier soup go with the beef chili or potato leek. For lighter give my 2 a try and the carrot chili and coconut as well. The place can get busy.

We stopped here for lunch. Staff were friendly. Soups/bread and sandwiches were very tasty. Patio outside was cozy. Definitely worth stopping here.

Hearty, healthy and flavourful cheddar and broccoli soup served with bread was satisfying. And the vegetarian pepper and hommus sandwich was delicious. Perfect for a lighter, quick lunch. Recommend.

Loved it! Small little place for fresh wholesome food salads etc. Had a very unadventurous ham salad sandwich with homemade soup (of which there was a choice of several). Full for the and possibly the best quality and value in Dublin. Nice staff.

This was one of my favourite spots to visit in Dublin for a comforting lunch or breakfast. The location is small and like a family kitchen. It was the same two woman cooking each time I visited. The food is made with care and it’s evident once you visit. I even made a stop to bring home lunch for my plane ride home.

Spent 3 days in Dublin and here we had the best food during the stay. Soups are fresh with interesting flavors. Bread was very nice too, and you can pick a fruit on your way out. Very reasonably priced and nice people, hope the owner will keep the standards high for years to shame others in cutting the corners with frozen food and hiking the prices up..

Great selection of soups/hotpots. All fresh and lovely bread. I had the chilli beef and rice which was fine but could have had a little bit ore flavour/spice . clean place. Good prices

Amazing deal for great food. A cup of soup, bread and an apple for €5. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options!

Great experience. There was a large variety of soups that all sounded wondeful. Got to try out different soups before selecting out own which was nice Soup came with delicious bread and apple. Coffee was wonderful and well made as well. Fast and polite service. Would definitely come here again and if your a fan of soup definitely stop by!

We really enjoyed our meal at Soup Dragon while in Dublin on Vacation. The food was fresh and expertly prepared with complex flavors done right. We love different cuisines and were pleased to each find meal choices from our favorite regions. We would definitely come back for seconds if we lived close by.

Stopped here for a quick lunch and boy do you get a bang for your buck. Food was absolutely delicious and the lady at the front counter was one of the sweetest humans. Super easy for a quick bite!

Better for takeaway than sit in as the store is very small and narrow but the options were great and soups come with complimentary bread and fruit.

First time in Dublin and already know where I'm eating next time! Group of 4 of us had sandwiches and soup (highly recommend the classic BLT and tomato soup) Top quality food and service. Nice seating area outside, staff couldn't have been nicer. Definitely visiting again.

You almost wouldn't look twice at this place. But the soups they serve are amazing - I had the split pea, ginger and lime which was so fragrant and unusual. Judging by the queues of people who didn't stop coming during my stay here, I would say I'm not the only one who thinks this is a great place for a quick lunch to go or to enjoy inside, at the counter.

Tasty, cheap and hearty lunch spot with delicious soup! You also get an unreasonably large amount of bread on the side and a fruit with your meal, the little details that make the experience great. It's cramped on the inside, and has the feel of a canteen which I love.
