I visited Balance Clinic Spa for the first time and had my first Reflexology treatment. It was extremely relaxing with soothing music in the background. I was amazed at how much information Natalia was able to get just form massaging my feet! I felt Natalia was very skilled in this art and she gave me lots of helpful information after to improve my digestion and mental health. I felt very reassured during the therapy and would highly recommend this therapy at this clinic! I have already booked another appointment.

I booked a lymphatic drainage massage in the hopes of relieving my swollen ankles and knees. Very happy with the service. A friendly welcome followed by a professional and knowledgeable massage with Shannen. She had lots of good advice to help with my issues.. There is already some improvement and I am already booked in for another session. I am looking forward to trying out some other "pampering " sessions very soon.

I have visited Balance Clinic for the first time in April. I was welcomed by very friendly staff. I got a Hollywood waxing with Marie , she was so nice and accommodating, explaining whole procedure step by step also did a great job with calming my nerves as I never tried it before. Turn out it wasn't as painful as I thought it would be . I can definitely recommend visiting place for any kind of treatment with such a lovely and skilled personnel I know I'll be back.

I attended the clinic last Saturday, I booked an appointment the day before online, so quick and easy! When I went in i dealt with the lovely Shannen, at the start of the treatment Shannen asked if there was any particular areas of my back causing me issues, which i explained. Shannen is very knowledgeable, she gave great tips to support your back while working from home at a desk. Shannen explained I might feel a bit tender after the massage and gave me lots of advice. I have to say the difference in my back already is amazing from how i felt the day before the massage. Thank you so much Shannnen! Looking forward to my next appointment!

I had a massage with Shannen on Saturday and I could not recommend this girl enough! From the second I walked in I was greeted with smiling faces and people who knew what they were talking about. I went for a spray here tan before a hen party abroad. Shannen was excellent and made me feel very comfortable with the experience. She asked me about the occasion and gave me all of the tips I needed to ensure my tan would last the trip in the sun. My tan was perfect and had no issues with streaks or lines. It also came off gradually thanks to Shannens aftercare advice. Would definitely recommend.
