Very disappointing experience! Me and my friends had our bill inflated with around 40 RON with a more expensive bottle of wine and another wine glass, the friend that paid by card left earlier and by the time we realized the mistake that has been made, the waiter said they can't give us anything in return, whether it was the money or something else from the house. Do not recommend!

Very rude establishment! We ordered drinks upon arrival and they were happy to take the money, yet made us move tables as our party was not large enough. Fair enough. We changed tables and it happened again! The staff would not suggest another table suitable. If everywhere is reserved, that’s fine! But don’t take our money and THEN proceed to tell us we can’t sit anywhere. I would leave zero stars if possible. Avoid this spot, Cluj has much better alternatives.

Very rude staff, asked us to move to a smaller table even though there were plenty of free tables, moved upstairs and it happened again. The waitress called me passive aggressive because I couldn’t understand why we were being asked to move again with plenty of free tables in the establishment. We ended up finishing our drinks outside the bar. Very strange experience

The place has an overall friendly vibe (pets are allowed) and they put alot of effort into decorating. The waitresses were really nice to us and they have great original cocktails. Keep in mind that the entrance might be hard to spot, just enter the tunnel and follow the neon lights. We had a great time and I recommend the place to any group!

If you don't know where to have a drink, don't miss this bar!! Big, cosy, amazing staff and we enjoyed all about it. Remember that most restaurants close at 10pm for food so make sure you go eat before that time as time flies in that bar 😁

Good service, nice atmosphere, pop music most of the time Many brands of beer and many choices of lemonade, good service, friendly staff. This place are ok for wheelchair people if they no need to use the toilet because are upstairs, and no lifts around.

Really good service, friendly staff, nice techno/electronic music. Added food service, which is really nice. The food is not expensive at all, and decently good. Had the Shto Chicken Burger, having also fries and mayo garlic sauce. Serving time is a bit high, most probably because of the food menu being new.

This bar is a really nice place. The drinks are good and the atmosphere is lively. The only problem is that some of the staff isn't really friendly. We've received some pretty bad service on multiple occasions from one of the waiters. He was being rather unfriendly and he made us feel like we weren't welcome there.

The terrace is extremely uncomfortable. - It is too crowded. We had to play Tetris with the people from the other people so everyone can sit down and fit in somewhere. - Table is so small, not even all our drinks fit on it. - it was so loud and noisy, we couldn’t hear the people sitting right next to us. -there was no air, no ventilation, it was extreme humid and hot. Overall: really bad experience, and it is clearly visible that it is caused by greed, because they are trying to fit in way too many tables. On the other hand, the waitresses and the service in general is amazing, it was the only positive thing, so 5 stars for the girls, but one star for the management.

That was my fist day in Cluj, and I’ve been searching for some good place to smoke hookah. According to reviews it seemed to me that this place should be good. So there are actually no so many variety of tastes (like 3-4) price is 45 lei (price is nice). That was something like 7 pm and very few visitors. I’ve waited for hookah around 20 min. Taste and amount of smoke was really bad( Amount of smoke was like from the cigarette and taste was not very pleasant. I’ve called guy who made it and asked if he can do something about it (guy was nice). After around 5 min he brought it back and nothing really changed, maybe just a bit. I’m not the guy who will quarrel about that, so I decided to leave it like it was. One more thing: during I was sitting there (around 40 min) he didn’t come to check it or to change coils or to mix tabac(

Definitely my favorite bar in Cluj, drinks are very tasty and the atmosphere is nice.

The staff was friendly, its a cute more alternative space. The interior is really cool with graffiti on the walls and led fixtures.

I've been a client for several years now and I can sincerely say that besides an irreproachable service and a welcoming atmosphere, Shto bar is a place where you can find a community, either by participating to quiz events or by simply hanging out with your friends on a regular. I have witnessed many friendships being formed in Shto, while also having the opportunity to meet a lot of interesting people in the last couple of years. To conclude, I would definitely recommend you give it a go, and who knows, maybe you will end up with some long lasting friendships and some fun memories worth sharing with others over a glass of wine or a beer 🍻

Pretty cool place. Serving both delicious meals and a variety of special beverages. Delivery is always on time and has great music playing in the background. Varied crowds & nice friendly peeps(especially being in the center) and staff where you could have plenty of hearthy, funny and unexpected convos. Would recommend 100% for an enjoyable experience.👍

It is a nice bar, right in the center of the city. The atmosphere is buzzing, and you feel comfortable. The toilets are in a bad shape, and it feels cramped if more people go in the same time. We waited for a long time to get our dinks at the table and we were ordering some whisky but the staff couldn't remember the name of it so they keept coming back and asking us again which one was it. We ordered without ice, but we got ice in the glasses. Overall, it was a good experience.

The Shto signature cocktails are ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and SO UNIQUE!!!! The names are cool and funny too. You won't find such affordable and amazing drinks like these anywhere else!!!

Best place if you like well-thought cocktails, a great atmosphere and great music, and an overall amazing time. Crazy Dinosaur must be the best cocktail I've ever had, and the Spicy Finger shot was, though seen by most as weird, really fun to take it down. Wholeheartedly recommended.

We asked if they had mulled wine (it did not appear on the menu) and they said they do. We got 2 glasses (more like 2 very small cups) and we paid double the price of a normal glass of wine. For the price of 2 cups of mulled wine (18.80 lei for one) we could have gotten a whole bottle. Or for that same price i could have gone for a liter of beer (2 0.5 pints). Besides that, half the tables were reserved, we stayed for 2 hours and nobody showed up at those tables.

A great Choice to hang out with friends. The place is organized in a creative manner and gives a stimulation to the conversation! The hookah is great and stuff is really nice

We were there to try cocktails, because they looked really nice, and they were effectively cool. We tried 5 of them and let’s talk about ice cubes. It’s normal for a bar to put many ice cubes in cocktails, we all know that, but here it’s clearly too much. So the price is quite expensive comparatively to the amont of drink you have (the White Russian for exemple). When it’s not about ice cubes it’s about the glass’ size clearly rly small compared to the price you pay again. The bar policy is sometimes absurd. We were 7 playing some boardgames, the bar has many tables available for customers and we were not allowed to take one more table to have more places for the drinks. « It’s the bar policy ». Well sorry but it sucks that you cant adapt yourself especially when your customers are ordering a lot a drinks.

Cheap place for drinks; great music if you like old school hip hop. Staff was super friendly and recommended a few cocktails for me to try; loved it!

One of the best places to drink with friends in Cluj. Great atmosphere, unique cocktails and shots and amazing music (if you like drum and bass and stuff like that). Been coming here for years and I still do at least once a month.

A great place to come together and have a nice evening with friends, offers dart, table soccer and a great range of classic drinks and special cocktails, for a decent price surrounded by great people.

Overall good and fun experience, good drinks (I remember they had some awesome winter specials a while ago) and a fun vibe. The terrace they have is in an interior court of the building making it a good escape from the scorching summer sun. Only issue was the high volume of the music even when the terrace was half empty. It made talking to the person next to you quite difficult. But all in all nice place.
