Good atmosphere, the waiter we had was cool and joking with use. We ordered a lot of beers and shots and always liked them. Ask for a shot with pickles , very good and spicy

45 minute wait for a drink. Staff were not courteous and helpful. Definitely not going back. It seems like is only a place for the locals. If you're out of town .Do not go here. Choose another place.

Super mega amazing great shots and cocktails. Really fun and quirky place, with amazing service and funny names for the drinks. Definitely need to visit while in town!

Last nigh with my friends, we set down to one of my work colleague's table on the terrace and the waitress said to us, that she will not serve us, because we joined the table of some people we doesn't even know and she already reserved that table for some "loyal customers". In the mean time another table got free, we moved to that one, we wiped the wet table from the rain and moved it 10 cm to avoid the rain to fall on it again. The waitress came again and she told us rudely that she still not serve us, because now we moved the table and that is not allowed. At this point I requested for a manager and she refused to call the a manager. I went to the bar, asked for the manager, I tolled her what just happened and she did nothing, just telling me that I lie. I was a loyal customer in this place. I ignored that the orders are served after half an our no matter the day or the time you go there; or you are just ignored when you sit down to a table. But what happened last night was outrageous and inadmissible. If you don't like your job, or you don't give a damn on your customers find another job. Some people want to go out to relax, not to deal with rude people.

The place is amazing. Huge good prices. It is a punk like pub with style. Keep up the good work! Also they have electric sockets to use and portable powerbanks

Sooo...there's a story behind this. I initially refused to go there as the place didn't seem very promising and was also a bit fed up with pubs. I've tried pushing towards Charlie, another cocktail bar but gave up eventually and decided to listen my friend who has suggested Soviet's cocktails. Long story short, the next time I went for cocktails, I took my partner there and we have had a fantastic time. Teo and Vasile are absolutely brilliant, helpful, suuuper friendly and the best staff I have encountered in a very long time! They know how to pay attention to the customers needs, how to make and serve the most delicious drinks and to put a smile on people's faces. They kick ass🙌 If you're into whiskey and ballentines I recommend you Moskova cocktail which will absolutely blow your mind and taste buds🤤🤤 Also, the music is good and the place its full of positive vibes🥰🙌 Definitely recommend.

Pretty cool place, the staff is very nice and they have some amazing drinks and cocktails. The building could use some renovation. To sum it up, it's a nice place to spend a night out, for sure I recommend it.

They have a pickle shot, it was really good. And it hit hard. I liked it, even though it was 95% students.

One of the coolest bars in Cluj Napoca. I had a really good time here and I was enjoying a lot of strange drinks and shots. To avoid, the prices for mulled wine were doubled when they realized we were speaking English, we left. It is deprssing to think tourists can be ripped off, it gives a really bad image of Romania where most people are lovely.

My favorite bar in town. They're on point with the general theme, from lots of old, russian props everywhere to the names of the drinks themselves. The most ingenious menu with really great specialties. Even the coffee is excellent 👌. If you order it, order it along orange juice (it's included), I find it a genius combination

It is nice place to hangout. There no food option but all drinks are great. Overall ambience was great. Also an extra star for staff, really nice and friendly guys. I was there only for a day but it is worth to spend evening there. I will go again.

A great place to get drunk like literally. The have a huge cocktail menu and I was never disappointed😂. The place is in the city center in Museum square, it has a funky soviet design and the staff is very friendly. However if you stay in the back rooms and it s crowdy the serving is a bit slow but in the rest is a great place. Totally recommend it.

Nice location with a nice atmosphere. Music is good and various. Cocktails are good for a good price (For a tourist at least). 2 cocktails and 1 shot for 9€. They also have Tatratea, much love for it.

Coolest pub in Cluj, the staff is great and some of them are also pretty hot. The cocktails are amazing. I love the pickle shot and the alien brain.

Soviet themed pub as the name suggests. They have a heated terrace for the colder nights. On the menu they have some interesting remakes of kbown cocktails and drink, but they are very tasty. One should try all at some point, of course with moderation.

So I went there with my friends. Definitely the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant.... The music was so loud, we could barely hear each other. When we told the waiter about it, he said it's a pub and people come here to drink, to have fun not to talk.... Well, i understand that, I didn't ask him to turn it off, it was just incredibly loud... I don't think I will go there again!

Drinks were good but it was a really long wait until we got served. And even when we asked prior when we can give our order we were brushed off with “the server is coming.” Experiences like this can really put a damper on your night and it isn’t fair, especially if you’re visiting from out of town and only have one night to enjoy. We were so tempted to just walk out multiple times. Generally customer service in Romania is not a thing but this was exceptionally off putting. Cool bar but totally negated by the service.

Themed bar/pub. Original interiors & decorations. Exhaustive, original and funny drinks menu. A friendly and noisy place to spend good times with your mates. Highly recommended to book your table!

Pretty good pub, I love their wide variety of drinks on the menu, especially the cocktails and the beers! They have a lot of seats both inside and outside, and it’s the perfect place to go meet some new people, as it’s often packed with foreign travelers!

One of the best bars I've ever been to. The decorations are so cool and the drinks awesome. If you come in cluj you have to check it out. The staff there is also very nice and friendly.
