Nice place to have a meal and enjoy a drink. Prices are about average in Cluj. Went out with a few coworkers. Make sure fo make a reservation for the evening, as the place gets quite packed and you might not find a free table. The waiters are efficient, but the service is slower when it is packed. The food arrived relatively fast, we all ordered burgers and had some Klausen fries too. Highly recommend their fries, great snack.

Place is big, fits plenty of people. Prices are average and food portions are big. Drinks are alright and somewhat decently priced. The only thing slightly bothering is the management, where they don't want to bring straws or you have to ask multiple times for sugar in your lemonade. Also orders take a while. Good place but come with patience!

A very nice place, excellent for evening dates, birthdays or spending time with friends. They have some very interesting plateaus with chips, fries, meat and so on. This was really nice to see. The food was delicious and the atmosphere very nice and friendly, just as the staff. The location is a little discrete, meaning that it may be a little hard to find the place, but it definitely is a good place to go out and eat with the loved ones.

Location is great, very central and accessible. Food is good and portions are decent and prices are appropriate. For instance last time I checked a beef salad had the same price as the chicken salad in some other nearby restaurants.

Good place for spending Friday's evening with friends. Big list of local and foreign beers, good burgers and starters. A bit loud but it's real pub :)

The klausen baguette and the fries were absolutely amazing. We still talk about it haha. The atmosphere is very nice as well. Good music too.

Very good service. I ordered (with delivery) a Brisket sandwich slow cooked, they did not have the meat to prepare it so they called me few minutes after I placed the order to inform me that I can order anything else, no matter the price. I ordered a Royal Burger instead. Besides that, very fast delivery and very good food. Big portion and the taste was amazing.

Well located and very friendly staff. Cozy, traditional pub atmosphere. The food and drinks were well priced (look out for 3for2 deals on beers and wines). The food was great quality and very tasty- the pulled pork roll was amazing.

Food is flavorless, cooked properly, but it lacks flavour. This place used to be packed with flavour, but a few years flue by and chef might have changed. Good deals for drinks.

An amazing pub in Cluj-Napoca! Great drink sizes, as shown below, good taste, beautiful decor, nice prices and diverse range of drinks. The food is alright, although not the best in town, nor the worst. It's decent, but i'd recommend to get your meal beforehand. Otherwise it's a fine place. 10/10 Would highly recommend!

Awesome vegetarian burger, unfortunately the fries were served cold, nonetheless they were very tasty.

Very cozy place, a lot of tables, fairly priced. The atmosphere is nice, 70s to 90s music. The toilets are pretty clean. I usually visit this place for the spicy wings, they are delicious.

Really nice, cozy terrace with good music and friendly staff. We ordered by scanning the code on the table and everything was quick and smooth. We had a really good time and stayed until one in the morning... There were a few other tables still going strong. :) strongly recommend!!

This used to be my go to place when i was a student! A great place to have a drink with friends and grab something to eat;) however when i went back there a month ago it seemed from the outside the same. Boy was i wrong, besides the atmosphere and the music, everything else was quite awful. The food came very late 1h and a half, it was cold, tasted very bad, and one of my friends they just forgot his order. To top it off , the staff was very rude , rolling their eyes, telling us to just wait .

It has an indoor and also an outdoor space, indoor nicely decorated similar to an authentic German pub. Royal burgers are my favorite. Always happy to come back.

Beer is beer but the food is awful. Ordered a Klausen "burger" which is pretty much a poor quality bread with a tiny little piece of poorly cooked meat inside. Try it only if you encourage this type of business.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by your waiter, Roberta, during my recent visit to klausen in Cluj-Napoca. Frankly, her rude demeanor and unacceptable behavior marred what could have been an enjoyable drinking experience. Roberta's disrespectful attitude and subpar service were not only disappointing but also reflected poorly on your establishment. If this is the level of customer service Clausen condones, I am inclined to take my patronage elsewhere and ensure others are aware of the unpleasant encounter. ( there was at least a good waiter but he talked with us nicely) I urge you to address this matter promptly, as such behavior from your staff is detrimental to your business. I hope that by bringing this to your attention, you can take corrective action to prevent the loss of more customers Btw it looks that even the manager is afraid to talk with this Roberta .

+ Delicious food and fair prices + Large variety of food and drinks, I think it satisfies all tastes + Waiters are polite, friendly and hard working, most of the times they can manage difficult situations (lots of clients, demanding clients, etc) successfully. However, I think the restaurant is understaffed, especially on weekend evenings. + smart way of checking the menu and asking for the bill - sometimes (but not always) the music is too loud for conversation - side dishes cannot be served without main dish

What a great evening my and my mates have. Quiz night from Escape Factory is back in this wonderful location. I really enjoy the first quiz in this pub, we are eager for some more. Many thanks for the organisers of this event. The waiters were really helpful. Cheers guys

One of the best pubs in the city with great beer on tap and plenty of other beers you will not find in supermarkets The food is average but goes well with the beer and it's decently priced Interior design is tasteful and they have a huge yard that can accommodate a lot of people Service is a bit slow and disinterested even with very little customer flow.

Food is not bad not great. Cappuccino was good and the starter plate was okay. Service is fast. Be aware that some staff don’t speak Romanian, so english is the perfect way to go. They have a great app where u can order, call the waiter and request the check.

Casual night in the city! The food was tasty and looking good, also the drinks were served fast and they were alright. The place was really crowded and it was a little bit hard for the waiters to remember everything and be there for you. Except this they were very helpful and nice. It was really good music, I've shazamed some of them.

Another hot day in Cluj ... luckily I arrived in Klausen Pub where they have a terrace with natural shade, cold beer, very good food, nice stuff, where I spent a very nice afternoon. I recommend with confidence.👍

The serving is rather slow at all times, even if there are other bigger places in town where it happens faster. The prices are similar compared to the other pubs in the area. The music is really good in some evenings The food is good and priced decently. They could really improve on their staff serving speed, attentiveness and communication. A few from the staff are really friendly though.

Great place, especially the music. Large outdoor sitting area, great beer selection and lots of other drink options. They also serve food, but I can't rate it because I didn't eat. Definitely a must stop in Cluj, if you enjoy pubs.

Terrace is nice but a bit too crowded, a big variety of drinks, but sometimes they might not have everything on the menu. Food is decent but nothing special, more like snacks beside beer. Staff is polite but might sometimes be overwhelmed a bit if the place is full. Prices are average. I recommend this place.

I ordered the Klausen special dish with chicken and potatoes. It was good, and the portion big enough. Nevertheless, the potatoes were a bit too oily. Although it looked like the terrace was full, the service was fast.
