Che Guevara is my go-to pub in Cluj-Napoca. It’s huge - it has both an indoor terrace, and an outdoor one, both with their separate bar. Lots of staff members, most of them are very kind, and the service is fast. The only downside for this place would be the fact that some prices are a bit high, but that’s reasonable considering their quality and high variety of items on the menu.

Really nice place to have a drink and some food. Really recommend the wine.

Felt like a vampire in the middle of good mirth and great people, found one of the last free tables right in the center, will return for sure. They sell cigarrettes and you can also smoke hookah in the enclosed terrace that feels like a warm inside place which doesn't smell like smoke. Revolutionary music mellow.

Very friendly service. They have english menus. Prices are reasonable. Good nachos and burgers. I enjoyed the atmosphere in the outdoor seating area.

The cocktails are good & the prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is very nice & most staff is very friendly. I love the decoration & concept of the place. I recommend going during the day, or on quiet evenings, because the weekends and evenings are too busy for the staff to keep up. I’ve been there around 8 times up until now. Only positive experiences when it was quieter, but i’ve also experienced evenings in which it took 30 minutes from finishing our drink and continuously trying to get the attention of the waiter to actually being able to pay the bill and leave. When it’s busy, staff does not notice you at all. Made me feel terrible and killed the mood for the night. Happened more than once, and is pretty embarrassing. This alone would not make the review 2 stars, but reading how the manager responds to reviews really is ridiculous. Whoever is running this place should take comments to heart and change things, instead of aggressively attacking guests online. Poor manners.

I really love the atmosphere around here, and the decor is simply stunning. I love how around sundown they close the roof and create a more intimate place but still elegant. They are really unique and worth trying out. Their prices are moderate, depending on what you order. The only problem is that at night it is mostly full and it can clearly be seen that the waiters are barely managing the situation. But all in all, would definitely recommend.

This place will always be my go-to when coming to Cluj. The drinks and snacks are great, the shisha is the best in town (as far as I have tried) and the atmosphere is simply 10/10. Slightly expensive, but hey! It's in the heart of Cluj-Napoca. You'd expect that :)

One of my favorite places in the city, great ambiance and which is more tasty Cuban Cigars. When I went there it was early in the morning, I have ordered next to my cigar some coffee late and few croissants, I’m happy with the taste. I can recommend this place, for a Cuban vibe. Even the toilets are made in a style that represents the era of Che Guevara.

Probably the best bar in Cluj! Amazing atmosphere, service, drinks. You couldn't ask for much more! Will be returning very soon.

I had a really nice time here. Sitting at the bar, the bartenders were jolly and engaging. Beer was relatively inexpensive, and the atmosphere fun and vibrant. It was a Friday night packed house. They offer nargile and smoking is allowed. I'm not used to smoke in bars, (this is technically in a tent) but the air exchange was enough that I wasn't overwhelmed nor had a pile of ashtray clothes the following morning. Most seating is at tables and a few couches. It's fun, check it out.

We sat down for a quick beer and a bite during the day on 31st of december. Because we liked the vibe we asked our server if it would be possible to reserve a table for later (New Years Eve) and were able to do so. Our server Paula was magnificent she helped us with recommendations on the wine and cocktails and we loved all her picks! Thank you again for the kindness and a happy new year!

I had a great experience at this pub! The price-quality ratio was excellent, with reasonable prices for the drinks and food. The atmosphere was really nice, with a cozy and welcoming feel. The staff was also incredibly friendly and made the experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this pub to anyone looking for a great time at a great value.

So, we just passed on the street and they have a nice terrace between buildings that looks great, so next day we went there for drinks. The lady that served us was nice and also the serving was fast (but I guess there’s no way you can delay drinks😂). I tried CheGuevara cocktail, was nice. The non-alcoolic coktail Cuban Love was too sweet for my taste but there is not much you can do. We also had Cuba Libre - not very good. From shots we had kamikaze and B52 - were very good. We also tried a strawberry beer, I didn’t feel the strawberries. We didn’t try food, but I have seen at the table next to me some ribs and looked great. They also have terrace outside with view towards St. Michel Church, but in the terrace back is a better atmosphere.

Great atmosphere with good drinks and smokes. Really friendly staff, a unique bathroom in the theme of the place. The yellow sofa in the back sits weird as everytime someone walks by it you can feel it move from the steps :)

Very nice place to spend some time with the friends. They also have food and good drinks and shisha. The location is situated sithin a building in Unirii Square the most central place in Cluj. They have a terrace with heaters(which are usually turned on during the evening) and also have indoors. The terrace seems to be open all day long however the indoors at least on Monday were only open after 17.00. You can also pay with Card. Enjoy

Inside it's a very romantic place with candles and vintage vibes. Although we sat outside because it was a way too hot summer day. Fruit fresh is 18 lei, a glass of white wine 20 lei, an eggplant salad 40 lei. The vibe was great!

Not worth it. Awful service. Better go to McDonald. Cheaper and the stuff is nicer and you will get the same size or even bigger size of burger 😂. I have never had that small burger in the restaurant😂. Service is awful! I have never been served as bad as here. Don’t expect to be seated. No one care about you. No „hello”, no smile, nothing… and when you approach them they ignore you, go away or stand and do nothing. If you don’t want to be a Waitress just change your job! Not give this awful attitude to the guests. Food was okay, nothing special but I will remember how angry the stuff was.

Wonderfully eclectic terrace is the perfect setting for a beer, cocktail or coffee in this great place that makes a point of being welcome to everyone. Highly recommend it.

Place is really cool, I absolutely loved it, especially the inside terrace. The only thing regarding the food,which is also the reason why I gave 4 stars, is the fact that the pork knuckle was cold inside (it was probably cooked previously and heated on the spot, but ours was not sufficiently heated so the meat on the interior was still cold) and the cannoli is supposed to be crunchy, not soft and soaked. The cream inside was tasty, though. On the other hand, the risotto and all the food actually was very tasty. all in all, the place is really cool and I loved it. Totally recommended.

I like to travel and I enjoy visiting bars in the city where I choose to travel. I have not seen a bartender offer quicker and friendlier service than Filip at Che Guevara. I recommend everyone visits him and orders from him. He offered quick and friendly service, and made some excellent drinks. He made our night. 5 stars for him!

Very nice atmosphere, relaxing music, good vibes. The lighting makes it a very good spot for a romantic dinner. The food was great, prices are decent for the location. Also, we had a great waitress with a nice sense of humor, made our evening a lot more enjoyable!

Service was quick and friendly this time - a while ago when I was there no one served us in about 15min (place was almost empty), just getting a "I'll be with you immediately". Unfortunately the terrace seems a bit crowded, with tables being quite close to each other and as the place filled up with people it was getting harder to move between the tables, like for example to get to the toilet. The music was also a bit too loud and combined with the music from the concert taking place outside, it was quite annoying. Otherwise the place is quite nice, with the terrace being place in the court of the building and having the option to be covered in case of rain.

Not great, not terrible. I've been here 3 times in the past year and on each occasion I had a good time. You'll find a cozy atmosphere right in the city center and their prices are relatively decent for the location. Excellent place to get warm if you've visited the Christmas Market

Most of the waiters are rude with foreigners. Apart from that, the setting is nice and the drinks are okay, even if we were cold. On the other hand, be prepared to stink of cigarettes when leaving this place.

Really cool spot to hang out and have a few drinks. It's an indoor/outdoor feel and we visited in November so it was a bit cold but blankets and heaters were provided. Really cool pub, would love to go again.

We had tea and cappuccino after breakfast! Super nice & fast service. Very agreeable place to sit and enjoy the view. 🥰 Only the choice of honey could be better: the mixture of honey from several countries even continents is always a little dubious. 🥴

Nothing amazing about this place. Very crowded, full of smoke and not an amazing ambiance. They are other place in the center of the city that offer better services, drinks and have a nice ambiance.

Drink was good, but the waiter was not that friendly tbh. As well it is quiet unclear for people when they come in how they should be seated, as nobody approached as from the service to help us. So the place has a great ambience, but the service is poor.

The music is splendid. Lots of young people. The downside is that is overcrowded and people are still smoking outside of the bar because as per the local law it is forbidden to smoke inside, thankfully. Overall a nice atmosphere especially for younger people

Nice place, decent prices. Went with my wife during the day, no soul there... Wanted to sit on their sofas because we were tired and got the direct answer that those were "reserved" (for ghosts maybe). One and a half hours later, nobody reclaimed their reservation for both sofas... Why am I not surprised?

The style and the playlist were very nice, but the prices are quite high for Romania.. (Same as my hometown in France) Not every Romanian can go to that kind of pub, and one of my friends could not afford it . Too elitist, so quite paradoxical with the image of Guevara..
