If you want to get drunk or just to hang out with your friends this is the best place, there are a lot of offers for drinks and coffees

Perfect place for a cheap night out, very cheap drinks, 6 shots for 16 lei, and you can choose from like 30 combinations

Music is too loud, may not be the best place to come for a talk, rather a good place to drink something, you can get 6 shots for 12 lei.
