Went there 3 times- not necessarily intentionally. Decent restaurant. Not the best, not the worst. After 7 years spent in the UK I can definitely say their English breakfast is exactly as the original one, plus the cocktails are strong and well made but what I have really appreciated, was the politeness and friendliness of the staff and their efforts to meet the customer's needs. Overall, I have eaten better and if not cheaper, not a lot more expensive either in fancier restaurants so there's that. 🤷‍♀️

English breakfast was so good! Crispy bacon, soft fried eggs and tasty sausages were the highlights. Croque monsieur was also delicious. For me though, I had the dark hot chocolate with cream and it was delicious! Literally the best I've ever had! Update! We returned again the next day as we'd enjoyed it so much and I wanted a final hot chocolate! Was lovely that the waitress Laura remembered us and again everything was very tasty. Would definitely recommend. It's a great, cosy restaurant with friendly, attentive staff and excellent food and drinks. Admittedly not the cheapest, but well worth it.

Slightly disappointed, probably the choice of food we had, the sea food linguine was tasteless, no salt , no garlic as mentioned on the menu, otherwise location is in the middle of the city. And the price can show that

An authentic French brasserie in the middle of Romania might seem unlikely, but my experience at Toulouse was a delight. Lots of outdoor seating, but the restaurant gets quite busy so you might have to wait a moment. Had a delicious duck confit and both the duck and accompanying sides were full of flavor. Great location close by all of the main tourist attractions, yet the price is still reasonable for the experience.

I was really attracted to the atmosphere by the first glimpse and like usual I ordered a burger... i can say it didnt worth the price... the taste was just not bad... and my friends also thought their food was so so. The service was so slow and we asked for salt but we recieved it almost after we finished

Positive: - Nice ambiente, good idea with all those Toulouse Lautrec pictures everywhere. - - - Bathroom clean and very nice. For sure over average. - Food: pulled porc tacos tasted nice (starter) - nice consistency of Spaghettis (al dente) - chicken fajitas were ok (nothing special) with only 1 tortilla cut in 4 Negative: Service: - uninterested phlegmatic waitress, nobody came to get us seated, although maybe 1/4 of the restaurant occupied - No spoons for the sauces (had to use fork & knife). - Ordered Ciuc beer, received Heineken - can-sauces (guacamole, salsa) - sea food Spaghetti was absolutly tasteless (only shrimps were tasty). Worst were the calamari parts, which were huge, No taste at all and No knife to cut them smaller. - instead: Spaghetti were cut (like for children) and partly stuck together after cooking and no garlic

A central place, very busy in weekends, but if you wait you will find a table. The waiter was nice and politely. Food comes fast and it was very delicious and it looks good. A nice place to enjoy your lunch or dinner, located very central.

We only had drinks, but the serivce was really nice and the flowery cocktail was delicious (i forgot the name but i suggest you ask about it 🌸)

Decent breakfast and coffee, but quality is not worth the price. Please fix the door. It is closing too slowly and there is a constant cold draft coming in. Poached eggs had too much mayo.

Tolouse's dim lights and cozy atmosphere make you want to stay a little bit longer after you had your coffee. The fish is good, the Fajita is good (though a bit too oily for my taste), the starters are good, the cappuccino is really great. The bathroom is clean, the staff is accommodating. Lava cake is a favorite.

Good pasta, quiet atmosphere, prices could be lower since they are comparable to fine-dining. Would recommend if you’re looking for good Carbonara.

I discover this place back when I was in high school, almost 8 years ago. The service has gotten better, the food got even better, and the staff was always helpful. The food is exceptional, in my opinion, especially the breakfast options and the variety of wines, gins and whiskeys is amazing, having plenty to choose from. A big big plus is definitely the location, being situated in the heart of the city. A little set down could be the prices, because they are a bit on the expensive side, but given the location and the food and drinks, it is understandable. Would definitely recommend this place at any time of the day.

Best burgers i've ever had. A lot of vegetarian varieties. The ambient is very pub retro and the cocktails are great and aromatic. Huge variety of spirits. Will come again to try more of their menu.

We need more of these kind of restaurants! A mixed restaurant where the dishes is called what they are and not what the aren't. When eating plant based the options are often 1 very limited and 2 labelled (e.g. 'vegan toast'), hence saying nothing about what is actually in it, just what isn't. This restaurant name the dishes from what is in it, and clearly mark allergens. This is actually what we need to include more people to try a plant based dish every now and then, without relating to the terms vegan or vegetarian, but simply wanting a delicious meal. I got the 'Mushroom on toast' which had a very creamy hummus and a great mix of mushrooms, and the 'Veggie boost' juice, which were great too.

I've passed by this place so many times, but it took a friend visiting from abroad to go in, and boy was I missing on it! The staff is absolutely wonderful, so attentive, always with a smile on their face - we felt very welcomed the moment we stepped in. The food was great: butter garlic wine shrimp, duck leg with red cabbage and chicken/veggie fajitas, all served hot and delicious. Highly recommend.

The food was very tasty but the portions a little small and expensive. Good selection of drinks. Friendly staff. I didn't like the fact that it was poor lighting inside so the vibe wasn't that great for me. They need to redo their interior design to stay in line with other restaurants nearby.

Very good french breakfast,nice place

After a bad experience, and a long day walk, we decided to stop here for an early dinner. The staff was very prompt and friendly and the food was tasty . Even if there are many restaurants and bistros in the area not all of them make you feel welcomed , BUT this one does.

Breakfast was amazing! Loved it so much Later edit: went for the second morning to have breakfast: it was the best one yet served in my life. Coffee was amazing and the food just delicious. I dont speak romanian really and in the midst of a pandemic, a stranger coming in with unfamiliar vaccination cards, they were still very accomodating and friendly. Ordered the filet mignon medium and it was great. Cooked to perfection and so savory. Also I love the vibe. Very warm and inviting and the artwork is so suave. Excellent experience, I will be back.

Absolutely horrible. I had the worst Cesar salad of my life and the burger buns were so hard, you could throw them on the ground and they would bounce. Quite a shame, it was one of the best.
