Makeba
restaurant
is
a
hidden
gem
located
in
the
old
city
next
to
the
old
city
walls.
The
location
is
absolutely
beautiful
and
adds
a
certain
charm
to
the
dining
experience.
However,
it's
worth
noting
that
there
is
no
parking
place
on
site
or
on
the
near
premises,
so
keep
that
in
mind
when
planning
your
visit.
The
prices
at
Makeba
are
decent,
but
may
not
be
the
most
student-friendly.
It's
also
important
to
note
that
the
restaurant
is
not
handicap
friendly,
except
for
the
tables
on
the
terrace
outside.
The
serving
was
quite
quick,
which
was
a
plus.
The
food
portions
are
decent
overall,
with
the
exception
of
the
cod
fish
filet,
which
is
quite
small.
I
ordered
the
cod
fish
filet,
which
was
a
bit
disappointing
in
terms
of
size,
but
still
flavorful.
To
accompany
my
meal,
I
had
a
Birra
Moretti
beer
which
was
a
great
pairing.
For
dessert,
I
tried
the
souffle,
which
was
amazing.
The
food
overall
was
quite
tasty
and
well-prepared.
Overall,
Makeba
restaurant
is
a
great
dining
option
if
you're
looking
for
a
beautiful
location
and
good
food.
Just
be
aware
of
the
limited
parking
options,
the
lack
of
accessibility
for
those
with
mobility
issues,
and
the
relatively
higher
prices.
