The service here was quite OK, even though it was quite busy, the orders came in relative timely (though it did take a bit). We came here in the late evening. The waiters were efficient and didn't take long to take our order. Was out with my boyfriend and friend, and we ordered the London Pride Cheeseburger, American Burger and the Chicken with Gorgonzola. The burgers were quite good, though nothing amazing. The chicken was quite dry and nothing on the plate helped with that. The potatoes it came with were kinda burned, and slightly uncooked. The Lava Cake was good, though not very lava like. We also ordered an extra globe of chocolate ice cream. The beers we tried were really good, which were the Corvus (unfiltered beer) and Laika (stout). The Laika itself was super nice as you don't usually find good stout beers locally.

The location is very nice, the waiters are sweet and careful and the food is delicious. I would have liked some red sauce pasta, but the menu only has white sauce pasta. This is why I give 4 stars instead of 5. The burger was definitely delicious and alongside the fries and the marvellous sauce, plus the onion rings, I had a great menu and a great dinner atmosphere. The local was full, at 9 pm, on a Wednesday. I also had a lava cke another time I went there and it was a paradise for my mouth.

The location is ultracentral with a stunning view, service is good, the food is great tho. U have to take the elevator from in front of "La Casa" to get to the restaurant at the last floor. The burgers and the beer they have are amazing. This time I chose pasta. I totally recommend it!

A very good and elegant place to dine in, with top notch service and exquisite dishes. They even have a hanging tree! It is very clean and it has good music, the bathrooms are also impeccable, with toilet paper and soap. Drinks are also very refreshing and the burgers are mouth watering. You go home with your belly full and with a nice view in mind, especially if you go outside on the terrace. All in all, it is a very good experience that you must see at least once if you're in Cluj.

When my wife told her colleagues she was visiting Klausen Burger for dinner, they exclaimed, "You are a tourist!" Once we saw the menu, we realized it's almost entirely non-Romanian food. Nachos, pizza, pastas, burgers, there's a lot to pick from. But their local options are sparse. Despite that, we did enjoy the nachos, cream of mushroom soup, and lasagna. (Our six-year-old daughter LOVED the lasagna.) They have craft beer on the menu and two hard ciders. (The apple one is sweet and refreshing!) However, we came here for the views and it delivered! It's on a rooftop in the old part of the city with stunning views of the city skyline, including the tops of the famous churches. Go to watch the sunset.

Tasty food and good service, however most of the time the place is crowded. If you wish you eat there you better make a reservation.

I don’t really get the hype about this place. Yes indeed the views are excellent but that’s basically all that makes it special. The halloumi burger was tasteless, I couldn’t actually feel the strong halloumi flavour; and the buns… well nothing special. The lava cake, however, was very tasty, together with the almonds; and the homemade beer, too. Overall, not more than 3 stars, I’m sorry. Maybe next time :-)

Visited for the first time with a colleague. Had a good meal. Ordered a steak and burger. The steak was requested as medium rare… arrived more well done than medium let alone rare. The venue itself was very hip and clearly popular with locals. Had a really nice atmosphere and the roof terrace was good with superb views of the city. Pricing was reasonable and the food was served in a reasonable amount of time. Was an ok venue and food but not worth more than 3 stars in my opinion.

The food was really good, BUT: 1) the entrance is hardly findable, if you respect the instructions and take the stairs, you get nowhere; the only option is the front elevator on the outside but there’s no sign for it; 2) at such a nice local I expected a clean bathroom, but it isn’t, and also the smell in bathroom is very inappropriate; All in all, my experience was not what I expected, but not far from it. Hope to see improvements and I would gladly come back.

I recently visited Klausen Burger and I have to say, I was 110% satisfied with my experience. The service was incredibly fast, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was bursting with flavor, and it was clear that the ingredients were fresh and high quality. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome and valued as a customer. They were knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations based on my tastes and preferences. One of the highlights of my visit was the amazing view. The restaurant is situated in a great location- near old town in Cluj- with stunning views of the surrounding area. It really added to the overall dining experience and made it even more memorable. Overall, I highly recommend Klausen Burger to anyone looking for great food, friendly service, and an unforgettable dining experience. It's definitely worth a visit!

Very polite staff. 3/5 stars because the soup was watery and the steak was unevenly cooked, some parts were medium and other parts were over cooked. Lava Cake and Juice was amazing. Will definitely have to try something else next time.

Very cozy place in the middle of the city, on top of a mall. Very spacious, stylish furnishings, a wonderful view of the city, nice waiters, a large selection of drinks and food. The pizza and burger were also very tasty, real quality. Homemade lemonade is simply fantastic. I can only recommend! (An English menu would be necessary, because it took quite a long time to choose what we wanted with a translator.)

Great food, phantastic service. I had the delicious dorada with spicy spaghetti and my husband the american Burger (which was not warm, incl the fries: they probably waited for my fish to get ready and turned cold meanwhile) he liked very much. Only the bathroom is a big minus: dirty and smelly.

I went to Cluj just because I wanted to go to Budapest from Bucharest, so we needed a place to stop, eat and rest. We decided to go to this place and it was definitely an amazing choice. The food was amazing, we ordered some burgers with fries, nachos with a very tasty mix of meat, cheese and spices, Caesar salad and in the end some desserts (one of them in the picture). Everything was tasty, fast and very good price. The waitresses were super kind and spoke in english. They were coming and going all the time giving recommendations on the menu, offering some nice meals and drinks and even sharing the WiFi of the place (we were struggling a bit with our phone data). The environment was very diverse: young couples, family, after office people and older people sharing in this huge hall. Totally recommend this place to share and rest.

Service and atmosphere is amazing! Talking about the burgers, the American one is rocking, but I have very good feedback for the Gorgonzola one. Great view from the terrace! Definitely a place to come back in Cluj.

Great place to hang out, in a central location of the city. The food was great, and the ambiance was pleasant. There is plenty of space (2 big floors), and the place doesn’t feel crowded. The only downside of this place might be the fact that the easiest place to reach the location would be by the elevator, which has a very limited capacity compared to the location capacity and you might have to wait more than a couple of minutes for the elevator.

We visit this restaurant on our last night in Cluj. The location is fantastic and views are no less. Food and drinks were delicious and prices are reasonable, considering the view and location. It is fair to point out that the restaurant charges clients an automatic 10% tip on the bill without notice. We were gladly happy to give it as the service and food were excellent. However, clients should be aware upon placing their orders as we have not experienced it in other places around Cluj. Very recommended to book a table in advance and we do recommend the restaurant overall :).

Best asset is the atmosphere and location in the city center, and best time to go there is during the summer when the rooftop terrace is open, offering amazing views of the city. Food is not bad. Staff can be rude and not so professional for such a fancy restaurant. But we were lucky to have a super nice waitress, so our experience was all good.

The waiters are fast and friendly. I ate an American Burger and dipping fries. The restaurant has a nice view over the city. You may reserve a table, at the night is always crowded.

Delicious gourmet burgers with an even more spectacular view of Cluj’s skyline. Be warned that the portions are huge, which sent me into a food coma. Not sure if this is mentioned in tourist itineraries, but I think it should, because the view is just amazing, and definitely makes Cluj memorable.

The burgers were awesome 👍 Very tasty and the portions are big, you will not regret if you come here. I came there twice, and every time I was pleasantly surprised. The burger I had was a bit spicy, but overall, we had a good experience ☺️ The waiters are polite, we didn't have to wait too long for the food. Highly recommend!

The place has a very nice view. The terrace was unfortunately closed as it was winter when we visited, but you could just go upstairs and enjoy the sunset view. The food and their crafted beer were good and the prices were convenient. I recommend visiting around sunset time to get a beautiful view.

If you eat here, the only thing I can recommend are the burgers. I've had great experiences here earlier this year, but last time I was here the food was cold and overly-salted. Ok, that's something you would expect from a Caesar salad, but the chicken was actually close to frozen and the burnt croutons did not make up for it in warmth. The Caesar salad sauce had so much anchovy in it that it tasted quite...fishy 😕 so I bought an extra sauce, the Remoulade one, but that one tasted like mayo with vegeta. The bbq ribs were cold as well, having little bits of unmelted fat in the sauce and the meat was super cold near the bone. When we ordered, they refused to change the type of side dish for the ribs (even though all potato-based side dishes had the same price in the menu), but promised not to add rosemary to the potatoes, but... guess what? The plate actually had a full branch of rosemary over the potatoes.

Loved to come back to this place after 5 years. Last time I as there I had an amazing time experiencing their specialty beer with different aromas and this time was no different. Also, they deserve to have the Burger in their name, with a nice variety of in house creations when it comes to Burgers. Very nice taste and the personnel was very kind. Also, they have an amazing view over the city, perfect to admire it from above while you drink your beer in the evening. The perfect place to go for sure without being wrong, everytime you come into the city.

I had the Chicken deluxe burger. It was ok but far from good. The cheesecake was good. The serving was pretty slow. The restaurant looks nice and the view is beautiful.

The burgers are never a bad choice at Klausen. I had the American and the London Pride burgers. The only thing I'd change is I would let the customer choose the sauce that comes with the burger and fries. The flavoured beer is also a good choice, with a decent price.

I waited 20 minutes so someone can take an order but no one came. So I left the place. The staff at the entrance was rude. Their food maybe is good but I didn’t feel comfortable at all!!
