Meat is like this. You cannot chew it. It's all burnt. Very disappointing

I am a regular costumer but lately i’ve been very disappointed the meat is too HARD and the fries are too DRY (it taste like a leftover food)!!! Please fix this! I cannot imagine how youre able to open a restaurant with a bad quality food 😡😡😡

Now the place looks different, they have renovated, and the food tastes great! I highly recommend it for those who love shaorma!

Not good ,I bought order for take away last week only Saturday eve,then I never notice ,you just give me box with out salad ,such a rubbish behavior for customer

Good location in the city center, but not so great when we talk about food. Also, kind of expensive for the quality they served.

What a miserable place to eat. Those rolling eyes from the stuff... how they make the food in front of you... Even if you are kind, they are definitely not. I'd think twice who to hire. But the best you can do is to avoid this place. You can find better food and kind staff somewhere else.

I understand that working at Mama Manu is possibly the lowest form of a job that you can get, however this is still no excuse for having zero respect for your work or your customers. Worst service and food I've ever had in Cluj.

The baguettes are beyond disgusting. Everything just thrown in them, mine was wrapped in multiple sheets just so it keeps it together. Don’t reccomend this place. Avoid it at all costs.

Best sandwiches and shawarmas in town, good prices and hefty amounts if you ask :)

Not the friendliest staff but the food was actually better than I was expecting. I got crispy with fries and the chicken was actually chicken, closer to what you get at KFC than any I've eaten. I'm still surprised. AND IT WAS CHEAP

Their falafel is great! Nice flavor and very soft. I also like the packaging that they offer for take-away - very handy.

The food is about average fast food quality,with fair prices.The only meat they have is chicken so that may me a downside to some,but the portions are quite large and the veggies are usually fresh.

This place is a staple of the centre. If you're at the end of a long day and need a bite to eat, then this place pretty much has you covered, whatever you decide to eat!

I prefer it to Mado (which tastes too unnatural) & Doner maxx (where the wrap feels undercooked). Will try others but so far, I like this one the most in Cluj. It's consistently good. Portion size is satisfying as well.

Last time I ate here was two years ago. Had a veggie burger and the second day I had stomach cramps all day long. Strongly advise not to go here. Much better food at Donner Kebab across the street, or Sultan on Memorandumului. Just avoid it.

I understand that you don't need a PhD to work at a fast food, but 3 times in a row they didn't include the sauces that I PAID for. Eating a dry falafel is not the best experience. Avoid at all cost!
