We had pizza and sandwiches but they were mediocre… i thought the pizza was just like the frozen ones in retail stores… brisket sandwiches were dull…Marty used to be way better

The place is beautiful and cosy. The food is always tasty and the personnel is kind and willing to help. I recommend fish and chips and the cream soups. Enjoy

Very bad service, by that I mean, if you want to get tips or get good notes, a little smile and a little appreciation should be there, this is getting worst through the years since 5 years now, it's like you are giving no efforts to welcome GUESTS, McDonald's does a better job. Good luck to you never going back to this place.

I had a very good experience here, the food was very good, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the food and beverages came really quickly. The atmosphere is very cozy and warm, but for some the prices could be a bit high, but it is totally worth it.

Never lie to the customer! (Why(?)) If one finds "hair" in one's food, then a hair is a hair! I find is somewhat annoying when a staff member attempts to tell me that the hair is actually "cheese"! Not that I had time to take the photo, to view from many angles, to position "nicely" for the photo and to walking around the restaurant with the "HAIR" intact, in place and not MELTED! hense don't lie to a customer it's not good for personal reputation, and not good for the restaurant. To add insult to injury, although it was meant to be a polite gesture a free desert was offered... This is actually an act of bribary, also if I had accepted the bribe, I could not have made this review. (please do not say I accepted your bribary). Yes I've been contacted by the management, no I will not be responding, as I offered to resolve at the time but was lied to, so why respond later and be lied to again? Next clear con was that all of the inside tables were marked as reserved. This is a management trick to get people outside, as when a person chooses to sit inside they are entitled to air conditioning.. So the restaurant falsely reserves all of the inside tables so they don't have to turn on the air conditioning (still lieing tonthe customer).

The food came very fast.. The design of the restaurant it very nice, and the atmosfere is amazing. They are so profesional. Top of the top!!!

Overall still treat but the salmon from the bowl was not salted at all and the veggie burger's bun was surprisingly low quality and overall burger not warm.

Ca şi cum ar fi fost o problemă că ne-am oprit să mâncam acolo şi să îi deranjăm. Ah şi am găsit şi un păr în mâncare 🤮🤮 şi am ales să plătesc pentru masa aia ca deh, aşa sunt eu. Trebuia să fac poză şi să aduc protecția consumatorului sau ceva. Oricum, vreți o experiență marty?? Nu ăsta e localul!! Most dissapointing experience I have had in a very very long time and bare in mind, in the last couple of months since I came back to Romania, I've eaten out more than I did at home. Also, how lame is the fact that they don't have a toilet in the restaurant?? You have to use the public toilet that's at the mall. The staff was the rudest I have witnessed. I went there with my son for a lunch and it was supposed to be a lovely experience as it was the first time in months it was just the two of us, without his older sister and his dad- enjoying quality time together. Instead it was a massive epic fail. We sat on a table very close to the garden door and because I thought they have two doors and they don't really use the one next to our table since it was only cracked, not properly opened, I took the liberty of closing the door as my son was positioned with his back towards the door. One of the waiters (a guy) came taking some dishes outside and instead of asking me to help as I was literally standing up right next to him, he started swearing 🤬 without even bothering about my little one being next to him. The waitress who served us had a condescending attitude like we've bothered her for deciding to eat there. I have paid attention and they were all the same with all the customers not just us. Not a single smile, not the polite, friendly attitude you would expect to see in hospitality. I have also found a piece of facial hair on my plate which almost made me go sick so after paying for my lunch (because I'm that type of person) I've sarcastically said to the resting bit*h face waitress that she can imagine it's not either mine nor my son's who's not even 4. She immediately changed her attitude a bit and told me I could have told her so she wouldn't charge me- which I wouldn't have done it anyway. The last thing I wanted after being treated as I was treated was for them to have the stupid impression I'm after free food. Anyway, while I was dressing my son so we could leave, she came to me offering me a slice of cheesecake like that would erase the whole bad experience. I took it, not because I needed their pity dessert but because she said that out loud so my son heard it and since he hasn't had any since we have left the UK, I knew I was expecting a meltdown. I felt like I couldn't take more after the rubbish experience I have had with Marty. We ended up throwing the cheesecake at the bin as it was either spoiled or absolutely awful. For the record, it was the pistachio cheesecake. I do not recommend! If you want to go to Marty without seeing resting bit*h faces, choose another one of their restaurants where waiters treat you like you're actually worth having a nice experience for the money you're paying rather than treating you as you're stepping on their toes. I get everyone can have a bad day or not the best attitude but it doesn't cost you anything to be polite.

The brand has a long history but unfortunately the quality is dropping. A very large menu that varies from pizza and pasta to burgers. Would recommend it for lunch but don't expect much from the food...not that tasty although it sounds and looks delicious. I do hope that they will manage to stop the downfall and after the next visit it's going to be a 5 star and not a 3 star review.

The restaurant is nice, but the food is not that good, nothing that will make you say wow, just ordinary food. Also, this is a very expensive place for what they offer.

Alex was our waiter (he was very attentive and kind), the service was very quick and perfectly executed. Very tasty ! We loved it We recommend at 100% especially the pizza, cookiezza and cheesecake

I ordered pasta, it looked amazing but it had no taste. My mother's chicken cacciatore was better but the potatoes puree isn't like the one you make at home. The waitress was super friendly and helpful. Over all, it was a positive experience

People always wait for tips, I like that they don’t just ask for them and wait for them. Cash works for tips, card does the bill, it’s good food, very distinctive drinks , the some deserts may need improvement in the long run.

Pasta was decent but the lava cake was slightly solidified, resembling rather a cooled intrusion :)

Cozy place with great drinks and food. The waiters are very polite, food comes quickly and it is tasty. We were a quite big table but everything went smoothly. We even met the chef who was very funny and friendly. Definitely a place to to stop by if you are in Cluj.

Usually really good food, however the terrace is open only for drinks so keep that in mind

During the pandemic, while te restaurant was still open, the spacing between the tables was more than generous. And because the number of people inside the restaurant was limited, the service was spot on! So sad was closed again!

Fine location, fine service. Food is carefully prepared, ambience is excellent for conversation and eating here is a pleasant experience. Costs are according to the experience but justifiable. Can't recommend their deserts enough.

Food was below average and overpriced. Ordered chicken w curry and the chicken was not fresh, probably cooked a while ago or last days and reheated. Happened a couple of times already.. seems like quality of the food has degraded and prices went up. There are better options in town

Great NEW menu. A lot of new dishes and a lot of vegetarian/pescetarian and healthy options. Tried some great starters like: hummus bruschetta and baked halloumi. The salmon bowls was amazing tho, never had such a crunchy/tasty glazed salmon (forgot to take a picture 🤦‍♀️). Good job guys ! And... loads of compliments to Anca our waiter, always helpful and smiling.

I lost a scarf in the place and I was not able to find it. I phoned the place and they told me they didn't find anything. After 3/4 hours, they called me telling me they found it and they saved it for me as soon as I get the place. It's such a night gesture. The staff is really polite. It's my favorite place in Platinia.

Situated close to the city centre, this restaurant offers a divers menu. Good food, friendly staff and reasonable prices. I clearly recommend the place.
