Really nice place to spend a sunny afternoon as they have a splendid view over the city from the terrace. We wanted to have a try at the restaurant as we were in the area, although we knew it was not the best in town from more than 5 years ago when we last visited. I guess we hoped things changed meanwhile. The waiter was also nice, nothing to say on that part, however the food and the drinks were way bellow our expectations. Lemonade had too less lemon and too much sugar, the pasta of our 5 years old son was way too spicy even if we specifically asked and been assured of the opposite before ordering, and my wife's pasta resembled the first pastas we cooked at home when we first moved together... The toiles were also in a really bad state, gas stations feel cleaner.

Great place for eating good food with the family in Cluj Napoca. The view is wonderful and the serving was great. There are parking lots at the place and near on the street.

So this was quite an experience. I've been spending some time with my guests from Ireland that were considering moving to Cluj. I wanted to take them somewhere nice. I arrived earlyer than the rest of the group. I had time to admire the beautiful view in the 15 minutes, alone at a 6 people table until I was asked for drinks, with a ciggarette in my hand waiting for an ashtray. After my guests arrived, we've had a wonderful time together in whole 20 minutes waiting to be taken our order and the next hour while waiting for the food. One might say that good things take time. Meanwhile, the "good" things that took so much time: - the cutlery thrown on the table without napkins - no napkins in general - no spices (salt, pepper, etc) provided only upon request - part of the order forgotten When we raised these issues to the waiter he just said: "It's a festival in town" and left. We went to a restaurant, not to a festival. So if you ever feel like going to a wanna be fency place and feel like eating on a bench in the park with a nice view, this is the place for you ❤

Quite unfriendly staff, they don't do anything, you have to insist for everything, ashtray, swipe the rain off the table, basic stuff. Ruins the nice experince you get from the view. We were the only people there. Not like they were busy.

This place is awesome from the restaurant you can see almost the whole city of Cluj-Napoca you will love it if you visit this location its close to the centra Park situated on a high mountain like hill, you will see lots of nice location from the restaurant,

The location is amazing, like you see it in the name it has a panoramic, with beautiful view, the food and the room was 5/5, really tasty food and clean rooms. Besides this, I appreciated the fact that the staff was to friendly and helpful all the time. If you look for a stay in Cluj, I recommend this place.

Perfect restaurant. We have eaten there twice in one day. Food is great, the view was stunning and the waiter was extremely attentive and friendly. Absolutely a must for Cluj Napoca and the first restaurant in Romanian that we eat in that also did none Rumanian food well!

Serving takes long and prices are a bit high. The only good thing is the view.

Great view, friendly staff and clean. However, the furnishings are long past their prime. Very long. Of two windows, both were broken, the bedside lamp had a loose contact, etc. and although we asked 5 different employees, NOBODY could tell us the wifi password for 4 days (only for the wifi in the restaurant, but the reception for it was over after the first three steps towards the room). At breakfast you are blasted with loud lounge music, but the view of the city you enjoy with breakfast is great and the fresh omelet tasted fantastic.

I stopped when there were fee people, a tuesday at 5 p.m. The service was nice. The setting of the table was nice. The food good. I only had a capuccino(standard) and Papanasi cu gem de Afine. I have had my share of them at other restaurants and woul have them again if I would come. I am picky.

Beautiful view of the city. Our waiter didn't mind that we just ordered some cappuccinos and say for a while.

It is a very nice place, great food and service. The rooms aren t that good and the furniture is old, but it is still better than the other crazy places I found in Cluj at this price range.

Sunday afternoon, only a quarter of the tables are taken, but they claim it would be too difficult to accommodate two persons and waiting time will be at least 1 hour. Only recommended to people with lots of time to waste.

disgusting low quality seafood, more than half were closed. the restaurant pretends to be of a high standard but the dishes are at the level of a cheap bar. do not recommend PS I specifically asked the waiter where the seafood came from and he told me it was fresh and it arrived from the Mediterranean yesterday. I’ll add that the chef couldn’t even cook them properly ...

This is a white cover table restaurant. i had the Foie Grass .it was delicious. The dish was very well executed with caramelized ,pears , apples , grapes and orange wedges. and the liver was good. for desert don't forget some papanasi.

What a wonderfull place to stay. With an amazing view for the city of Cluj. The rooms were very clean, the restaurant service was what i expect, but even better with nice and relax music, good waitress service, all very nice. Totally recommend to go.

Very good pork ribs...4 stars for the quite long waiting time, despite the fact that just a couple of tables were occupied, but it definitely worth the waiting!

We booked ahead of time and had a large group of people. The waitstaff was very friendly and assisted us non-Romanian speakers with ordering. The food was delicious and you must try the papanaș.
