If you plan on grabbing a FAST FOOD this is not the place. Incompetent for so many years to figure out the rush hours and not make the customers wait 30+ minutes. Terrible. If you can't handle the rush hour then impose a limit or let the customers know that there is a big delay. And just so you know, your employees trick the "order ready" system by marking them as ready to lower their prep time, when you actually go to the window it's not ready leading to more frustration. BUT WAIT, there is more. In the picture you see what you get for a LARGE menu of twister fries, just when you get home and want to eat you get another surprise. Great. NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE AGAIN. This multi-billion company should be ashamed (of course, for this franchise in particular). I really don't understand how you can have the same issues over and over year after year without ever improving.

It’s called fast food but it takes 30-40 minutes to get the food, in restaurant. Waiting time is terrible, definitely not worth to come here. Also, order 50 is ready before order 40. Completely chaos.

Exactly which part of the mc should be open??? Sign says 24/7 meanwhile in the window says opens at 7. Then update your working hoursand stop gettingpeople confused.

The worst Mcdonalds I've ever been! It's not a frappe, it's just a mess - half-melted ice with taste of coffee - that's all! Frappe - is a latte with ice and topping, if you don't know! They put in the order the wrong cake! The french fries is just everywhere in the table, but in the wrapping! The order was prepared in 28 minutes!

Delicious food I had big mac, fries and hamburger. Even still it took a line and boring I had the big yum yum.

Anything but fast. Huge queues. Even if you order a single burger you need to wait 20-30 minutes. They put your number in to the finalized section just so they can keep their recorded times below 30 minutes. Then you wait 10, sometime even 20 minutes till its actually done.

The queue is terrible, sometimes I have to wait for 30-40 for my order and they dare to call this a fast-food. The place is not really big and very crowded. The waiting line is terrible, everybody wants to be in the a first row. The display with work-in-progress/done orders is either not working at all or just displaying the wrong orders. Overall I can't recommend, u can get faster orders in a restaurant.

I waited a hour and I got my order one time and then I asked about my friend order and they gave me the same order that I had. And then my friend went to take her order, again, and they put one more cup of juice and 2 more sandwiches

We went without knowing whats ahead of us. It was an apocalypse of social gathering. Our order was in preparing mode for AN HOUR. And we sat on the windowsill of the glass waiting for the order (2 ice creams) and it only came after an hour. Shame on them‼😤👿

I would call it a slow food not fast food place.... most of the time whatever you order comes out cold from the kitchen... i am not talking about delivery, that's even worse taking in account the waiting time... worst place if you are looking for a fast bite

Worst service EVER! Average waiting time is around 40 minutes, food is cold when it s ready and if you try to say something about it the ladies working get so offended like it isn’t their problem. I understand that it s not easy but a little bit of management would be necessary couse both times i waited 45 minutes for a cold and soggy sandwich.

Long wait. Order number screens not working. Ordered food, opted for "bring food at table" and I was called to pick it up from the counter. Good food though.

It's a McDonald's, so the food is exactly what you expect it to be. It's cheap, it tastes okay, and it satiates your hunger for a bit. Unfortunately you won't get your order quickly since this McDonald's is almost always full, but you can order via their touchscreens so it cuts off a lot of the time you'd spend ordering. I'd say go there if you want to grab a cheap, familiar bite, if you want a quick bite, I'd suggest finding some other place.

Always crowded. Some staff did bad behaviour with the food delivery rider. They act like they are the owner of McDonald's.

I’ve made 3 orders in the past week and every single one of them had missing products. Besides that, the delivery time is awful… we needed to wait 1 hour for 2 maxi menus. I am very dissapointed..

The worst visit in McDonald's ever. More than 35 minutes to get one simple sandwich, is it still FAST food? The order number appeared on the screen, means it is ready, but only in theory. Chaos, chaos, chaos. For long moments there was no one on the counter to give you your order. My burger was not good, cucumber slices was so thick I think it was cut using chopping board not on it.

Okay, I had been waiting for like a 30 minutes just to get Mac chicken menu and mac flury. Than I come home, opened my order and that wasn’t a mac flury in it. It’s so bad, they don’t speak English, work so slow and then can forget to put something. We all humans, but that was my first expression today.

I waited over half an hour for a single mcflurry. When I went to a counter an employee told me that it was almost ready. It took another 10 minutes and a second reminder to finally receive my order. What is more, a bum walked into the restaurant and was walking from table to table begging and the staff did nothing about it. All in all, I had an unpleasant experience with this place and would not recommend it to anyone.

I know. It's a McDonald's what can you expect. But sometimes you venture in and realize that this is the worst of them all. Everytime it's full. To little personel are working and 100% of the time you get late and cold your food. I would not recommend to anyone this establishment. Unbearable experience. Sometimes they even forgot to do the full delivery and I am sorry for the staff. They are too overwhelmed. The manager and senior consultant should be fired.

Typical McDonalds atmosphere. I ordered a Crispy chicken salad and they forgot to add the chicken (Unfortunately, I only recognized that at home). Moreover, overall wuality was pretty bad. Yeah, I know, decent people do not go to McDonalds for a salad.

Ordered from here trough a delivery app. My order was wrong second time in a row, and also got wrong products. It has become a habbit to get orders wrong, unfortunately. I have decided not to order again from McDonalds Cluj.

Crowded place in the evening. All order spots taken. Inside not many room. Also no vegetarian burger/wrap otions. In the end did not decide to eat here but rather at Sultan Kebap which was definetly the better choice.

The toilets ruin the experience completely. How is it even legal to install in a public place plastic urinals with no flushing systems? The stench is sometimes so horrendous that your nostrils seal themselves shut, your nose shrivels up inside your skull and you loose 20 IQ points. And it's not about the management, it's about the flawed design. The people working there are ok, not their fault. The designer and top management, however....

We ordered at 11PM (1 hour before closing). At 12PM our order was not ready, they forgot about it. My boyfriend asked 3 times about it but nobody cared. To make the matter worse we did not get what we ordered. There were yelling coming from the kitchen. A total chaos. We even got kicked out and had to eat outside…

Fast food, as the name suggests it doesn't bring quality. It brings quantity over quality. Even with poor quality, they could handle the assembly line of the food a bit better.

incredibly disappointed with the experience. The waiting time was unacceptably long, and the restaurant was poorly maintained and overcrowded. The facilities were outdated and could use a renovation to bring them up to EU standards. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience overall. I hope that the management will take note of these issues and work to improve the experience for their customers.

Worst idea to have a lunch here! Literally 1 hour 13 mins of waiting for takeaway meal. Horrible crowd inside. Information about numbers of orders on screen doesn’t match with reality!Ventilation is not good in cafe. Super slow service. Dirty floors…

The experience is quite varied for this McDonald's. I saw it change over almost 2 decades so I think I can provide an in-depth review: The good: It's one of the few places in town where you can get food non-stop since it has it's window open and you can order there at night. Great for grabbing a snack after clubbing or in-between places. The ordering process is quite fast as long as it's not peak hour. I really enjoy the newly added screens for ordering. It's a good system when it doesn't fail. And the food is the best among all other McDonald's in Cluj (I tried them all repeatedly). The bad: After 8-9 pm it's always hell to get anything here, and during the night it can get even longer since there is only one ordering place and the app and the screens no longer work. Speaking of the screens, sometimes the system fails, and I specifically remember one time when we all got the same number, and there was a 1 hour wait time to give people that already waited 30 minutes their order. Yet the manager did at least find a way to handle the orders. The place could also be cleaner. Bonus: I think they finally improved the McDonald's app to a satisfying degree

Can take very long to get your order, and staff can sometimes seem irritated. The numbers shown on the orders screen are not accurate most of the time.

The food quality was ok and the caramel latte was good. Unfortunately it took 15 minutes from payment until receiving the food. That is not taking into consideration that there was nobody behind the till for 6 full minutes and that at 17.00

the worst mcdonald’s restaurant ever. i waited for 40 minutes and received cold food and no apology. workers are completely incompetent, slow, and disrespectful. mcdonald’s should watch for its franchisees because they are just lame and embarrassing.

Well we have been in severral Mc Donalds all arround several cities in Romania ...most of them lack touch screens ...but this one had a few inside and for us its the fastest of all other branches we visited...

The restaurant is pretty crowded at anytime, so you'll probably have to wait if you want to sit down. The new system of ordering at a machine is really good because you give the order using social distancing and also you can pay easily. It's an advantage to not waste any more time giving a verbal order, after the machine ordering is done, you just have to wait for the food and go.

It's ok, but since there re digital boards to order, the waiting time seems to be a lot longer
