Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful they went above and beyond to help. Free tea or coffee in the morning. Incredibly clean, quiet and comfortable. I've noticed people complain about the room size and yes we stayed in the small room but seriously you don't get budget hostel (with Hotel service) for this price anywhere in the world. Its also right on the edge of the centre of old town. Can't recommend highly enough.

Very nice experience. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are very clean and warm. Definitely will come back in the future.

An excellent place to stay in Cluj Napoca. The rooms are clean and large, the refrigerator are big enough to store everything you need. There is no place in Cluj at the same price.
