For years we stayed at Pensiunea Bellagio when we were in Cluj. We found the location on Booking and every time we are glad because we find it. It is very close to the center and yet far from the bump, crowd and galley in the center. The kindness of the staff, eternally concerned to solve all your wishes, the copious breakfast, the extraordinary Lavazza coffee, the cleanliness and the good taste, make you feel wonderful. Excellent hotel

Great place to stay close to the city centre. Very friendly staff. Most places are within walking distance. They also offer a continental breakfast. If you only stay for a few days or a week either way you will really enjoy your stay.

This small hotel is located on a quiet street not far from the bus station leading to city center. The staff is really nice and helpful. They did not serve breakfast due to covid restrictions, however they offered us a coffee and it was very good. Rooms are beautiful and clean. However, I would suggest working on small things needed improvement in the rooms (such as small cracked walls near the corners in the room) just to make things perfect.

A relatively small "boutique" hotel, looks quite new and well-located in a quiet neighbourhood. It's a walking distance from the city centre and a short drive from the old city. The room was clean, basically furnished but with sufficient amenities. The only 2 things which bothered me a bit were: the safe box didn't work, so the lady receptionist came and brought a key for manual operation. The other thing was the lack of really hot water (at about midnight) so maybe I should have had a shower earlier?...🤔 Also the parking lot is very small so when the hotel is full (or after 22:00 when the reception is closed), you'll have to park in the street... Anyway, the service from the receptionist was good & helpful and the price is very very reasonable - 200 Lei/RON per night including breakfast.

Room: normal size, has everything that you need (desk, closet, decently priced mini bar). Not 100% sure if the AC works. Bathroom: 4-4.5 stars for the one in room no. 25: a bit of work needs to be done around the sink, a shower gel dispenser would be highly appreciated, flexible shower hose should be replaced with one that fits better into the metallic support, the big towels are way too scratchy. Price/value: really good. My review is based on the comparison with the other Romanian 4* guesthouses/hotels that I've stayed in. Overall: 4.7 stars.
