I’m a bit surprised by the other reviews. This is not a 5 star hotel with a 5 star service. If you want to pay a high price for nice paintings in your room and a fistiq industrial design: sure, go ahead. Because that is all this hotel offers. But this is not a 5 star hotel. People at the front desk are young and inexperienced. They do not have 24 room service - what you would expect from a 5 star - no valet service - pretty standard in 4+ star hotels - elevators are slow, the rooms sure are nice but I had a cockroach in one. I mentioned to the front desk they literally just shook their shoulders. Sink in the bathroom doesn’t drain properly. Parking - a mess. No one tells you anything you so you have to figure it out yourself that you use the mall parking. Then you don’t have an access code yet lol so you need to go through the mall and then outside (where there is construction and mud everywhere) and then in the hotel. Ridiculously confusing. I would say a 3 star hotel as per international standards or a 4 star as per Romanian standards. 5 star is JW Marriott in Bucharest not this.

I've only been here a few hours but so far the experience is AMAZING. One of the best rooms I've ever stayed in (out of thousands, perhaps only exceeded by one hotel in China). I just had the most delicious dinner in the Italian restaurant. All the staff are excellent and speak very good English.

Amazing place! Such a nice stuff, such a good room, parking, super location. Breakfast was very good. All facilities in the room , water, tea and coffee. And hotel is dog friendly . Strongly recommend to stay

First the hotel is pretty much brand new. Decent location to many things. Although do beware, construction everywhere here. Reminds me of Massachusetts roads. Service was pretty good, had some room A/C issues 3 times. Finally moved to an upgraded corner suite. Excellent choice I might add! English was definitely a great thing here versus other countries for tourists. The hotel staff did whatever they could to help and assist in the stay. Definitely appreciated.

A very good experience at this hotel. The food was amazing, the room was very clean and the attention to details was spot on. The staff was doing a great job as well. 10/10 would come back here and would recommend this hotel to all my friends

Very good Suites Hotel . It's our second time here .Very spacious one bedroom suite (this is what we booked) , elegant decorated .Courteos staff from the front desk . Situated in a Mall , having a supermarket 20 m close , its an advantage .There are 3-4 restaurants in a 20 m area . Free parking its great too .Breakfast not as rich as I expected for a 5* hotel .

Lovely hotel. Rooms are great. Downside is the busy road and the traffic noise if the windows are open. Air con will not switch on if outside temp is 22c or higher. Can make the rooms warm.

Spacious suites, with lots of seating and a large well lit workspace. There are two restaurants attached but 24 hour room service is missing, with food only available up until 2330. Would be great to have access to more amenities, like a nearby pool too although there is a gym.

We had one of the most amazing experiences staying at Platinia in Cluj Napoca. Beginning at arrival and throughout the whole time spent there we were impressed by the professional service offered by the staff, the wonderful design of the building and the quality of all materials used in building and decorating this beautiful hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The decor and the comfort made us feel like we didn’t want to leave. The first morning we were experiencing jet leg and we couldn’t go to breakfast. They brought us breakfast in the room and it was really amazing with a beautiful presentation and great taste. The second day we went and enjoyed the quality and the variety of the breakfast buffet. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. There is a mall at the ground level with very good quality merchandise, restaurants, pharmacy, groceries and other services. We extended our stay and decided to come back to Platinia for one more night before we finished our trip to Romania. We recommend this hotel for those who want to spend a wonderful time in Romania, Cluj Napoca. It is really worth it.

The conform offered by the room, the facilities, the cleanliness ,the stuff members were very profesional, especially the ones from the hotel Restaurant. The breakfast was one of the best that I ate in Romania. All measures against covid -19 were taken. You will feel confortable and safe. We will be back to this amazing hotel.
