Definitly not a 5 star hotel! Rooms are outdated, the carpet is dirty, we got a dirty duvet (I had to ask for a clean one), strange smell in the room and hallway. Overpriced considering the overall state of the rooms and amenities.

Not the best place to stay in the city, but not the worst. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was excellent! ....rooms were not really cleaned when requested....Good luck getting a full set of towels. It was strange but not a deal breaker.

I have been here for a few weeks. The hotel is clean and we'll kept. The rooms are reasonable size and most have access to WiFi with decent speed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is quite good, as is the breakfast and lounge. The gym is on the small side, and is often very hot because it is on the roof, along with a pool and small spa. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The location is very good and convenient. Parking is a bit tight, but valet is available.

Dirty run down pool, you wouldn't expect this at a 4* hotel This review is for the spa area only: The pool is in desperate need of maintenance and cleaning. There are a lot of missing tiles in the pool, and the areas where the tiles used to be are now covered in algae, so you get a lot of discusting black-greenish areas all over the pool. There is rust on the heaters covers, and the water at the shower did not drain properly. Beautiful 360 views, friendly staff, massage was ok, good size pool, lounge chairs are in good condition, what a pity they don't invest in keeping the pool clean!

Parking was good. Food was very good. Room was not hovered, used coffee cups not removed from room, bathroom had strong smell of sewage, lights in hall outside room did not work and so hallway was dark at night. Mentioned these issues to manager but was met with a look of someone who does not care. Spa on roof was very enjoyable and the massages were excellent. I would only return for the spa but the cleaning and maintenance staff needs serious upgrading or training.

The rooms were very comfortable and the service was great. The reception staff is amazing.

The rooms are confortable, small but they have everything you need. And the views are amazing. Also, the access to the pool and sauna at the top floor is an amazing bonus.

Good location for this hotel, not far away from city centre. Free car park. This hotel is quite old but rooms are comfortable enough. Indoor swimming pool in top floor with nice view. A bit expensive regarding quality of service and equipment provided. My 1 night stay will not be unforgettable.

Wonderful hotel with amazing amenities! Staff is very attentive and professional. The pool and spa are pristine. The avocado lounge food is delicious and at an affordable price. Best hotel in Cluj by far!

Great Place The Staff Are Nice and Very Helpful

Not the newest Hotel you can get. Rooms to the street are quite loud. Very nice Rooftop Indoor Swimming Pool and good continental breakfast. Garage in the Basement with Car elevator! The elevator ist not to big but fun.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel that I can highly recommend. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay there again!

Rooms are average, breakfast is good, bar and restaurant are excellent, service very good and friendly.

Nice hotel in walking distance to the city centre. Small but free parking available. Breakfast was great. I was given a room heading to the street. It was quite noisy and couldn't be changed. If you think about booking a room here, you might wish for a room at the back of the hotel.

Nothing special, clean rooms. Tighten outside parking and weird staff about this subject. They keep one space for the hotel even if the parking is full.

Had a 2 day conference there recently and I was pretty content with the experience. Location is convenient, not that far from the city center. The meeting rooms we've been in were clean, the staff was vigilant for replenishing our coffee / breakfast table and lunch was ok. It's supposed to be on the high end side of hotels, but I cannot comment on the rooms, since I haven't spent the night. Small parking place, small restaurant, minuscule terrace (10 people max). The restaurant staff was a bit strung up and as a fair warning, even though you can vape in pretty much any other restaurant in Cluj, you can't do that here.

Very good hotel! Great choice for business trip. Good and spacious and clean rooms, food in restaurant was excellent, service in restaurant and breakfast- excellent, Ladies on reception- very polite, Additionally you have SPA, fitness and swimming pool on 6th floor- the best choice to finish the day. Definitely my choice for next visit in Cluj. Enjoy!

The SPA area is excellent. I totally recommend a therapeutic or relaxation massage from Dan. I had also several amazing fitness sessions under the supervision of Dan and the progress was visible pretty soon. The staff is nice and the view over the city is a nice plus.

A place I would definitely recommend. I stayed in a exclusive suite. Swimming pool and wellness on top of hotel. Nice view over the entire city. Family value. Bathroom was perfect with a Bathtub. All though the spa didn't seemed to be used often enough. Some employees were better at English than others, but overall good.
