In the centre of Cluj, perfect location hotel staff are super friendly . Rooms are spotless and and the cleaning staff are amazing providing assistance with laundry. Restaurant serves a hearty breakfast!!

Terrible place. Arrived late at night, unfriendly desk clerk. Demanded to hold our passports behind the desk during our stay. Apartment was not bad, in itself, but the door malfunctioned and we were trapped in our room. We called the front desk and told them, but received no help until sometime in the morning. We were unable to get out to go find food and just had to rot in the apartment, hungry. I've never experienced such a thing, before or after. There was no apology for any of this and no discount offered, to make up for the horrible experience. I would absolutely not recommend this place. Very shady.

Stayed in a newly renovated room and it was great. Really clean and the bed was super comfortable. Location is superb. Multilingual staff is friendly. I will definitely stay here again next trip to Kolozsvar. A couple of minor suggestions for the hotel: the duvet was small for a king bed, and I’d have liked more towels (which I’m sure I could have asked for).

Great location but nothing else. The rooms look dilapidated, old and lacking. Appliances in need of replacement. No air conditioning. Noisy, facing an area with the most intense traffic in town. The personnel is indifferent, at best, when not downright rude. The breakfast reminiscent of old times of hunger when it might have seemed adequate. The food at the restaurant in the same category. There are much better alternatives in the area if you are willing to walk 5 min to get to the cathedral instead of just getting out of the hotel. If you are nostalgic of the old communist times when you had to bribe your way in the hotel.

This Hotel gives you an opportunity to be right in the middle of this amazing city for a good price. It reminds me of some hotels in New York where you can explore the nearby shops and restaurants jut by stepping out of the hotel. Good breakfast and nice decorum by the bar/restaurant area.

You can't get a more central location than this, it's right next to the Sf. Mihail's church. This comes with the good and the bad parts: you are minutes away from all the places you want to visit in the city center, but the rooms are very noisy. I stayed in a room situated in the corner of the hotel and I had a hard time sleeping due to the traffic, even with the window closed. The room was clean. it had a very high ceiling. The bathtub was very small and the mattress a bit too hard.

Nice, clean and cozy. Breakfast included, and situated in the heart of the old city center. You have everything within walking distance, along with several bus stations should you need to travel to the outskirts of the city.

Very good location. Situated right in the heart of Cluj. Breakfast was ok but nothing worth mentioning. In the early mornings and evenings can be a little loud because of the traffic if your window if the window is on the main road side of the hotel.

I have been part of the organizing team for an event hosted here and my overall impression was mixed. The location is great, the conference room is large and well equipped, but the staff was unresponsive and absent for a big part of the day we were there.

Well I have been traveling around Europe for 3 years now, mostly I book the hotels via booking.com. I found this hotel with good reviews and the fact that it is in the center of the city. Personally it was a horror story for me. Looked my self in the room with a broken lock. The service was quite rude and heads up they don’t have any elevators!!!
