We don't test the hotel just restaurant but we have the most unkind waitress of the world. The food was good, normal but with this waitress we don't have any more Hungry !

The waiter from the restaurant added stuff we did not order on the bill. This is gross so despicable. Great morals in the middle of europe

Interpreting old hotel built around a central courtyard. Very handy for old town

Total lack of professional committment and consideration for guests! I booked a room and got confirmation by email and when I arrived they said there were no rooms left and did absolutely nothing to offer a solution. I had to find a new hotel. Definitely overrated hotel. Old building and bad attitude. I don't recommend it.

Unfortunately was a big disappointment. Even the location is amazing everything else is a nightmare. The rooms have very old furniture, the Wi-Fi Internet doesn't work and the breakfast is very poor and cheap

Decent hotel. Good 3*, clean nice room, cozy restaurant, minutes walking to the city center (Piata Unirii) and BEST OF ALL PARKING! (50 Ron about 15 CAD) Was a good start for a vacation in Romania after 50 years!

After we paid 4 times more per night than a regular day, during the Untold festival, in the last day at checkout we asked for 2h late checkout and they wanted to charge us 650ron, like half the price for a night during a festival... which is outrageous of course. Otherwise location is very good in the centre of the city, there is lots of noise in the room from outside so for some people is hard to sleep. Breakfast could be better.

Great location. Clean rooms, nice patio for breakfast. Good deal for the low rate

Old and small rooms, old furniture, penetrating AirWick scent. I didn't like the breakfast either, but the location is great and I guess you can have a good beer in the courtyard. So I guess the price is appropriate.

Centrally located, quiet, with all modern conveniences, room doors face the courtyard, with a kettle and a minibar in the room. Breakfast is also good. Excellent value for money

We have stayed at five different hotels in Romania. It was the best hotel. We were generally satisfied excluding the breakfast fee. We recommend this place.

It's really nice. It is also really nice that the receptionist was not Hungarian but Romanian. Very affordable, good service by cleaning and lunch. Best hotel in Cluj for your stay if you want to explore the city

Very nice people on the reception, they help me to get information about the price of the rooms.

Don’t eat in the restaurant. It’s very poor food. There are much better options in the area. I ordered chicken salad and half was croutons and wilted salad. Rice from the day menu was off and not good.

Toilet had brown marks, despite the fact it had the band 'sanitized' on it. Smelled nothing like clean in there. Shower head didn't stay in place once you turned the water on. Bottom line, toilet was disgusting! Rooms seemed clean bit very basic, one socket was coming out of the wall. Luckily we spent one night there. The guy at reception was nice and helpful though.

It's very close to city center and has its own parking that's paid separately(50 ron/day). It's an old hotel, but clean. I didn't like that the room was facing the restaurant and I had to listen to traditional music until it closed. Breakfast was OK, but nothing special.

The hotel has a beautiful interior yard with a bar and restaurant, and is located in the centre of the city. The food and the coffee was very good. I have a suggestion regarding the music: maybe a instrumental music is appropriate for a place like this. The second suggestion is to hide somewhere the cases of cola and beer. I passed a beautiful summer evening there. Thank you.

I had a good time while staying there. The central location this hotel has is excellent for tourists, nice rooms and good staff. One small inconvenience was the night shade, because it was just the size of the window, whithout extending a bit beyond it, however it was not a problem.

One of the best hotels I used in Cluj. It is built in an old building, with strong personality. The rooms are clean and enough spacious. The only downside is the restaurant, which has limited options and it does not look modern, but the staff is helpful. Also, the hotel location is in the city centre with easy access to all main attractions.

Very bad food. It was soaked in oil.

Very noisy at night, you can hear the planes passing by and the floor makes noises when you walk on it. The furniture and the tv's are quite old and there was a water stain on the ceiling.

Since we entered the rooms they smelled ugly and dirty water came out of the drain, they told us that there was no option and that they could not do anything to change our room. The next day there was no water and then was no hot water. We had to shower with cold water after a long day full of activities. The worst hotel I've ever been to. The hotel is very old and the pipes do not work well. A renewal is urgent.

The location is in the middle of town. But besides that you can't say much more. Breakfast has 6 options. The room is tiny but that is not the biggest problem, you cannot sit straight on the toilet! After 22:30 you will not find anybody at reception.
