A wonderful night spent. A very special hotel, very cozy, and clean. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the room by the ambiental music on the TV. The room was exactly like on the site, colourful and neatly made. Maybe it was a little too warm through the night but it was a very cold winter night, the first frost kind of night. The bathroom was specious, clean and with a big shower cabin and great lighting. There were a mirror closet that made the room look bigger. We had a complementary water bottle and some sweets for the night. In the room there were recommendations for food delivery restaurants of you needed a suggestion and a number to order food. The breakfast wad great, it was very diversified. It had both traditional romanian cuisine and Mediterranean slyle food. Fresh fruit juices and different sorts of yogurt. The coffee was great. They had a proffesional espresso machine with fresh grounded coffee. We stayed on the ground floor, in a room without a terrace and no view but if you ask I think they can provide another room. We were staying for a night and we lived for a couple of years in Cluj before this so we did not need a view. It is a place we recomend for any occasion.

The stay was great at this location. The location respects all COVID-19 protection measures. You can park the car inside the yard. Nice view from the room (Executive Room). Rooms are clean. Breakfast was great. The staff was very polite and helpful. They also have a great coffee from their own shop.

Nice and clean room. Large enough to feel comfortable. I liked the amenities, I appreciated the cleanliness. Nice welcome from front desk lady who insisted to explain the back cover' access card written instructions. This meant training, professionalism and respect for the job she does.

Very nice hotel, very new, polite and helpful staff. The design is very modern and nice. Everything is nice, clean, new and of high class.elevator, 10 minuites drive from the center of town. Breakfeast buffet was a joy. Very big choise including juice and free coffee machine of high quality and high quality coffee beans.

The Hotel is very Good i certainly will travel there again. Rooms are comfortable and warm. Bathroom is big. Breakfast is very good. There is parking at the hotel and secure.

After my stay at Norm Hill Hotel I can say that I received the best accommodation services! Hotel rooms are very clean, the hotel is situated in a quite neighborhood only 5 minutes away from the Cluj-Napoca city center. Breakfast is awesome, especially the BIO products and the fresh roasted coffee blend by Olivo Roasters.

New, clean, and very friendly. Although out-of-center that a walking distance so may enjoy outstanding room at lower price then center-hotels. Note no facilities just room and breakfast.

Rooms are good. Breakfast is bad. All days the same. Stay 3 nights and it's ok. 3 out of 5 stars due to not being able to pay with AMEX. Come on, it's allready 2019
