Okay service. Had a dinner for a special event and the food was good but the service could have been much better. The table wasn't in a private room and we were 20 people, we also weren't topped up our drinks and they took forever to bring us our food.

It's a perfect place for one or more nights. Everything it was fine. I liked the room and the fact that it was very clean. I will definitely come back.

The food at the restaurant is good but not fancy at all. Pizza was not the best.....a medium quality pizza. The service was good.

Nice restaurant with nice staff. Even if it doesn't look luxurious or like the 4 stars hotels restaurants, the food here is very delicious and even better than in the 4 stars restaurants. I can strongly recommend the chef's specialty and the chicken breast with mushrooms souce.

Just for a night here but all clean, fresh and neat. Room and bathroom pretty spacy.

The hotel was in close proximity of the bus station, took me less than 5 minutes walk, so it's very convenient when you have to travel further. I arrived late at night, and the lady on reception was great, very welcoming, even at nearly 3am! Overall the staff I came in contact with were very friendly! I can't fault housekeeping at all, the room was spotless, moreso than some 4* hotels I've experienced. The bed was comfortable, I slept like a log, and I really appreciated the hotel name embroyded on the bedding, a very nice touch! The bedding itself was spotless, but also felt like very good quality, soft, not like the typical 'crispy' sheets you get in some hotels. My one and only niggle is that the hotel book doesn't have an updated Wi-Fi password. I found said password stuck at the bottom edge of the mirror in the hallway, just as I was getting ready to leave. Coming from a hospitality background myself, I was very very happy with my stay here and will definitely stay here again. The value for money is very very good!

Excellent hotel, not expensive at all, nice friendly and helpful staff, meals good value, no lift unfortunately, bus stop and train station nearby, some shops very close. Have been here twice, also returning in September. Hotel has own taxi company, very handy.

So much better than expected for a two star hotel. Sparkling clean and all the facilities in place. Really really affordable price. Truly recommend this

Good place to spend a night or two when in Cluj. The room was Spartan but clean. The restaurant was above average.
