Nice hotel , a lot of facilities - absolutely great restaurant, and very good breakfast!! Nice staff

This is our fourth stay here. That alone should be enough proof that the hotel and its staff excel in each and every aspect. Clean rooms, friendly staff, delicious breakfasts (just to name a few) are all the things you need for maximum comfort.

Excellent room quality. I particularly like how high quality the bathroom feels: stone floors, option for music in the bathroom, walk-in shower, etc. Service was wonderful— the staff is so friendly and helps at a moment’s notice. Only con for me is the parking. They seem to hold an event in their banquet hall every day and the outdoor parking gets absolutely crowded. When indoor parking is available it becomes rather difficult to maneuver through the lot because of its tight spaces. Overall, great hotel to explore the local area with comfort—if you don’t have a car

Good 4 stars hotel! Good size room! Clean! Good breakfast! Good mattress! Spacious room! Nice bathroom! Good room service ( food and service). No kettle, no coffee, no tea in the room (as it should be in a 4 stars hotel room) To get to the center of Cluj, a car (taxi) is needed.

It was a great stay with extremely good tasting food (i can recommend the house specialties) , very polite and friendly staff and also a good quality in room furnishing. I would come again!

The staff is very rude, just think about this when looking to book a room here, My girlfriend had her first job here, they we re rude to her and fired her because of one mistake (she booked a wrong room), they did not give a second chance and fired her, they are very bad to the staff also, the meal they offer is often very bad, (note that the food for the guests is top notch) They, will be rude to you too. Hope you find a better place to stay if you would like a room in”the old center is great or maybe book an Airbnb, the best Hotel in Cluj is Grand Hotel Italia cheers.

My favorite hotel to stay in while I am in Cluj-Napoca. I think the location is a bit far from the center, but the services and stay compensate for it. There aren't many restaurants close by, but the downstairs restaurant is good, and the service is impeccable. It's a bit more expensive than regular restaurants, but the food is very good. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The staff is professional, ready to help, and always smiling. I have stayed here 3-4 times already and will book again.

We arrived at the hotel for a vacation. The reception staff is kind and took care of us quickly. A large and spacious room. Background music in the bath. Comfortable beds. The dining room is good and has a large selection of dishes for breakfast, the staff quickly fills in the gaps. In the evening, the dining room turns into a restaurant at reasonable prices. Free parking adjacent to the hotel.

Stayed for a week and have nothing to complain about. The room was comfortable, and the service was good, good buffet breakfast. Overall, I liked it

I can recommend it for business and vacation trips. Its a good hotel with a good quality rooms. Staff are helpful and nice. Breakfast is fabulous. Rooms include comfortable big beds, good water presure, good amenities and facilities. Hair dryer, safe, refrigerator, spa towel, etc. The only complain could be the dirtiest of carpets. Carpets of floor are light color and you can see dirty marks. I think hotel may need to renew their flooring and replace carpet with other material.

Nice wedding location. Lacks a smoking area so you smoke in the parking lot but it's not a big problem.

Decent enough hotel for a short business stay. Rooms are huge but need updating as carpets had lits of stains. Also had issues with the hot water as it would go from scolding hot to ice cold with no intervention on the controls. Litterally had to step in and out quickly as it moved from hot to cold and back again. Food in the resteraunt was good although breakfast was not to my tatses.

Very comfortable bed and sheets. Rooms are of good size. Clean and tidy. Location is quite far from the city center. Has conference rooms a d events organized there. Breakfast is ok. Service is good.

The staff was really nice, I loved that they had a UK travel adapter to loan. We were also able to get water at 3 am. We really appreciated.

PRO: Excellent breakfast choice CON: 81€per night, way high price in Cluj, average price is Cluj is 55 to 65 CON: A/C stopped working several times, everytime restarted the power to reboot air condition CON: due to early check out, I requested to pack VEG breakfast, they packed very minimum breakfast but NON veg one 😏 I couldn't eat since I am vegetarian. CON: water Kettle only on request

Great hotel, super clean, amazing mood with light music in the bathroom. Spacious and comfortable bed. Extremely kind and friendly staff. Lack of parking and narrow garage.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, perfect for 4-5 nights stay, clean room. Cleaning staff came daily to cleanup the room, sometimes in the afternoon, taking in consideration our chaotic sleeping schedule due to Untold festival. Towels are very used, some of them are already ripped off, needs to be renewed. Bathroom is spacious and equipped with all necessary toiletries. Breakfast is good, plenty of options, but is the same food every day, is pretty repetitive for a long stay. coffee is good and tasty.

Hotel is conveniently placed next to the Airport. They offer free shuttle Service and very nice Business conference rooms.

Upscale place. Surroundings are a disaster, proofing the incompetence of the City Hall.
