This hotel blocked my email because I asked for a discount. They work with boging so as not to give even 1 more lei lower than this site. Now I understand why they received a low rating if they do not have the patience to answer emails (I almost invited there) I believe they will not help their guests.

I was put in a room in which the ceiling was leaking, as well as single beds are very small as for me. Otherwise, the room was normal, nothing unusual 15 square meters at most. I absolutely did not like constantly looking at the yellow spot above my head, I put 2 stars, no more... My business trip to this city went downhill because of this terrible bed. Breakfast was also at the level of an ordinary stall with buns

I was here last year for 2 nights and I had a bad experience because of the small and narrow bed, the small bathroom and the biggest problem was that i returned to the hotel around 12:30 in the night and I couldn't get in. The front door was locked, i knocked at the door, i tried to call the front desk but nothing. After almost 1 hour, a sleeping guard or night keeper woke up and let me in. He was sleeping on a made bed im the hallway. Just terrible.

If you are traveling by car, prepare for some "challenges". On booking.com the hotel advertises free parking - there is no such amenity as the place is spot-on in the heart of the old town. The room was nice, while the bathroom was showing some signs of decay... The breakfasts deserve highest praise, either sweet or savoury - there's plenty options to choose from. Location is perfect, almost everything interesting and important is within a short walk.

Nice place to stay located in the center of old town. Rooms are small, although have everything neccessary, even a minibar. Only nipstick was that during my stay in summer it was quite hot outside (+34C) and portable air conditioner wasn't really helping to ease the heat, only taking too much space and making too much noise. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

It's very clean, and great location , you can go to every centre corner easily by feet. The people there are very very nice, very flexible, and friendly. I can only strongly recommend this hotel. For sure next time if I travel to Cluj again, I will take this hotel definitely again. Thank you Meteor Central, for the nice experience.

No AC in the top room and the window couldn't be fully covered so there was a bit of light coming through. Still, the fan worked more than enough even though it's a bit loud but had no problems at all! Enjoyed my stay and was more than enough for the festival!

Rooms are clean but not up to date. No water cooker for tea or coffee available in your room. Hot water takes a very long time to arrive. But pretty cheap so when you can live with these limitations, this is a good hotel.

Awesome place, Awesome location, Awesome people! Couldn't ask for anything more for the price range! There are plenty sockets (it has been an issue in other places and it has awesome places to visit close to it! Also it's very clean and the food is good! Make sure to visit the restaurant under it, Varzarie I think!

The room was very clean, and the staff was more than welcoming. I stayed for 3 days and had absolutely no problem. The hotel also has a nice terrace in front where you can stay, and it's located about 3 minutes walk from Piata Unirii. Will stay there again next time I come to Cluj.

Close to the center, but no free parking. Parking very expensive in the area. Only portable AC units that make a lot of noise and are not efficient. Very hot in the rooms and could not sleep with the window open because of the construction noise in the region. Choose only if no other option available...

Very nice hotel, right in the city centre. You have a good breakfast and run straight into outdoor restaurants, bars and coffee shops. From here you're 3-4 minutes away from the old city centre, and everything is within reach.

Clean, easy acces, neer to town center

The rooms are clean and the furnitures look nice but the bath...defenitely needs renovation. The flushing system is really loud, the taps are holded by holly jesus on the wall..The water almost coming out of the cabin when you are taking a long shower. Anyways, the city center is very close and the recepcionists are very helpful and kind. The breakfast was good and enough.

Good location, 5 minutes walking to the center of Cluj. Room was warm and big enough for two. Plenty and various good food for breakfast. No parking at the hotel, and all the parking places in the city are kind of expensive and minimum stay is 3 hours. I didn't like the bathroom at all, room 208. The shower was broken and the water was flowing all over, even outside the shower cabin. The WC was moving and it was annoying to use it. Also entire bathroom need a restoration in my opinion. This was in December 2017.

Very very good accommodation and cleanliness

Wardrobes have bugs that eat your clothes. Half my t-shirts are destroyed, the hotel doesn't care, and neither does booking.com staff. The room was extremely cold, horrible heat isolation (took 5 hours for the room to stop being a freezer), didn't have an AC (despite booking.com saying it did). Oh, and the receptionist wasn't there half the time, had to call the hotel each time we needed something. Absolutely horrible experience, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Edit to reply to the hotel: I didn't complain while I was there because, guess what, I didn't check until we left. We were there for exactly 2 days, so we were mostly outside. Solve this problem for me: we got there, we left our clothes in the wardrobe, went around the city for 2 days, and we left. When we ended up in the next destination, all my t-shirts have bite marks in them. So - what might be the problem, hmm? I'm generally very lax with reviews - I only leave 5-star reviews both on Booking and Maps, except when I get horrible service and THEN ARGUED WITH ABOUT HORRIBLE SERVICE. At least have the decency to say, "Sorry, we don't know what's the problem, we're going to look into it" instead of accusing ME of things.

Good location and the people are nice but there are no parking lots.
