The hotel is clean and well positioned. A few minutes walk to city centre. The staff are all friendly and always willing to help you and the breakfast was just great. It's way better than other places I stayed in Cluj.

A very clean place, situated close to belvedere. The service was nice, the room cosy and well stacked, the included breakfast pretty rich. Close to the Old Town. Across the street a very convenient market store. I enjoyed staying there <3

The hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Next time i will book this hotel again. We had a studio apartment with a view of the whole city and that breakfast included. I recommend 100% hotel. Very good hotel in the Cluj.

A miserable pile of garbage. I had made a reservation last year for Electric Castle Festival. A few weeks ago I got called on a Saturday morning at 10 AM and told that their policy had change and I had to pay my entire stay ASAP. I told them to wait two weeks till my salary and I would pay. They said that I will lose my spot if I don't pay now. Truly unprofessional. Who in their right mind runs a business like this?

We stayed for a week at this hotel while on a business trip. While it lacks finesse, it has all the basics one needs: large rooms, bathrooms and appliances in working order, daily cleaning of the rooms, good breakfast. The staff is kind and prompt. If parking is needed, there is a locked 2-car garage space that can be reserved at no extra cost. The taxi station is right outside and the location is in walking distance of central areas (20-25 min). The price is more than acceptable for what is offered. It is a true 3-star hotel. While in Cluj, we puzzled a lot about the frequency of businesses featuring number seven in their names: clubs, game rooms, guest houses, stores. At least for this hotel, we discovered why it's called "Seven": it is situated at the intersection of seven roads. We've uploaded some pics of this intersection.

They have coffe and ATM!

Although the inside of the hotel is not so nice but as for the people who work there theyy are amazinggggggggggg very nice and kind and helpful we arrived there at 5 am and directly they let us into our room the place is clean and the cappuccino and cafe late was good , clean hotel not noisy at all , thank you so much for ur hospitality

There are big rooms, but they are not very clean. There are stains on the carpet and dust all over the room.

I went on a business trip with a small budget. The front office staff was friendly. The rooms were exactly what you can expect for the price. I was actually surprised with the bathroom, compared to the bedroom it was a step above, perhaps renovated. The location was fine. If you dont mind walking it is about 10-15 minutes away from the city center. If I need to come to Cluj next time I will try a different hotel just to gain a better perspective, however I still might consider Hotel Seven.

Many thanks to the hotel administration for returning the forgotten wallet. All documents and money were safe and sound. The reception reported the find even before we discovered what we had lost. I recommend the hotel as an example of high professionalism. Thank you.
