Untrustworthy, unhelpful and disrespectful. Think twice before booking or making any payments. Information and photo’s do not represent the accomodation at all.

SCAMMER! Ruined vacation. Host provided no towels, sheets were not changed from previous guests, full of hair. Floors full of dog hair and dust. Even after I messaged the host multiple times begging for sheets and towels I was completely ignored. When I told him the next day that I will complain he cancelled the booking as a "no show" in order to not be able to complain on booking com. however I called the site, which did nothing to help. Don't forget that you can always start a dispute with your credit card company.

We rented the apartment for 3 nights, but during the first night, in one of the bathrooms, a rat entered in the toilet drain channel and made a hole in it, through which water was flowing on the floor. The next day, although we explained to the owner that the apartment is insanitary and we can not stay there until a future possible derating, he insisted that the replacement of the plastic channel of the toilet drain should be sufficient for us to stay, the other 2 nights remained. We lost almost the entire next day and all our energy, trying to convince him to return us the money for the remaining two nights (because for us was no longer a solution to stay in an apartment where a rat can enter any time). More than that, after a long fight, when we asked for the key to go back to the apartment, he told us that someone else is already staying there. Beds are uncomfortable, bathrooms smell bad and not practical and there are spider webs on the walls. Very bad experience, it ruined our holiday !

If you like no TV, no chairs, no tables, no microwave oven BUT plenty of ants, you should stay here.

This apartment is damp. Kitchen and shower are useless. I don’t recommend staying for more than one night.

Lovely place to stay, located on a top of a hill with a beautiful view over the city. The apartment is very stylish and the beds are acceptable, even though they aren't the best.

Best apartment in Cluj! Nice and quite area. Quit close to old city, in a beautiful green area! Owner is really owesome!

In total, this is not a property I would recommend. I am sorry to say but we didn't have a good experience at this location. It could have been fixed with better service but... First of all, check in was on our own which is fine although I prefer to meet our host which is better service, gives an explanation of the apartment etc and is more welcoming. So first, we were missing face towels which were immediately supplied. Second, the heating in the kitchen did not work and was not fixed til the end of our stay The property is very pretty but not practical. The shower has nowhere to hang the handle so it is difficult to wash your hair. The kitchen is not provided with useful tools to make a light meal. There is a sofa but no small table so if you sit with a cup of tea, you need to place it on the floor. Small issues which make a space uncomfortable. Our biggest issue was with the heat - the heating system turned off in the night and the air was cold. There were no extra blankets and we were cold during the night which effected the quality of our sleep and I woke with a soar throat and runny nose ... The water in the shower was only warm and not hot enough so in general, we were cold. On top of all, the service was bad. The owner said he would fix these issues but they were not dealt with and no-one came by to assist There was an issue with the parking as well... the booking mentions free parking but not that it is upon availability. On the second day, we came to park and there was no parking space and basically, we were left to find our own solution.

There is no TV, no radio, just you with your thoughts. Good to have a conversation body. I was in room Studio. It is absolutely the best place I have staid! And I have traveled a lot. Its artistic, relaxing place. I had a swing from the ceiling in there! When I booked the room, my expectations were quite high, but when I arrived, my expectation was much lower what this place is. If possible book it. No one is here on sight, but calling and WhatsUp help. I had a bag with dirty clothes, I left it outside the door when I went to town, I came back and clean clothes were on a rack in front of my door. What a service! Dont hesitate, just book it now! Distance to old town by foot is about 1,4 km down hill... if too tired take a taxi back up! Thank you for leting me stay at your studio appartement!

Loved the traditional/rustic feel! The host is super nice and helpful. Awesome location as well, so it’s great if you want to visit the city.

The place looks amazing and it is very clean. I really enjoyed staying there. The host is very kind and always willing to help and to respond to all my questions. Can’t wait to return!
