My stay at the iron hostel was amazing - the staff is very nice and I got a taste of Romanian hospitality. The hostel has a beautiful and spacious living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. As there is a 24/7 convenience store at the bottom of the building, everything you need to prepare something to eat or drink is within reach. The rooms are spacious, clean and functionally furnished. It is perfectly located if you want to get to know the nightlife of Cluj as all the bars are just down the street. Although it is a livery neighbourhood with a lot of students, the rooms are quiet and you can get a good rest as the beds are very comfy. I strongly recommend this place for anyone visiting this really nice city.

It's very comfortable for the crowded groups. Lounge of the hostel is cool and handy. Rooms were also very clean.

Great future ahead, but nowadays unfinished. Beautiful living room. Everything is new. So new that it is unfinished. They should have waited. It is a building site. Cooker in a small balcony where people smoke between construction tools. Doors with new security system, installed just the day before, so didn't work and I was locked for 25 min, with no help as there is no reception personnel. Cleaning staff are really busy cleaning the construction works so no time not even to empty the bins

Nice and convenient hostel. It has a good location and very nice facilities. There's a kitchen, a nice living room and dinning table. The rooms are very nice although mine was very hot and without any kind of air. You can walk from here to the city center. Just be cautious, there's no permanent staff at the reception, so you need to agree beforehand on your arrival time, and there's no sign of the hostel from the street so you can get lost. You'll see a profit supermarket. It's the same entrance but upstairs.

The hostel is amazing, the rooms are not very expensive. There is a non stop shop downstairs, and the place is really close to a lot of pubs and restaurants. It is also really close to the University of Medicine and Farmacy, a great place to stay during the admission period.

The location is in the same building of supetmarket Profit, which till now cannot be shown by google map, so I spent some time to find. The environment of decoration is good, with very kind reception. Toilet, shower room is clean. No ugly smell.

Discrimination and xenophobia. I’ve been in Romania since March and I spend the quarantine here. I have stayed in a couple of hostels and until now and this is the first time that somebody says that there’s “a legislation” about bunk beds. I checked with another hostels owners that I’ve stayed and all told me that was a lie. I got the impression that this hostel rejected my stay because my phone number is from Spain.

Generally it is a very good choice for living on a budget in Cluj-Napoca. It has celan and spacious rooms, lockers, WiFi and is conveniently positioned close to the student's campus so there is nonstop access to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The walking distance to the center is also not that bad. They have a big bright living room, a kitchen and a laundry. The only downsides in my opinion are the bathrooms which are rather small.

Lovely crew, good location, good wifi, but they are still getting settled in. Staff not always present to check in and out. Air conditioning not yet in 6 bed dorms. Pay the extra 2 euros and get a 4 bed.

Great location, near by university and Bars. There is a shop on 1st floor. walking to supermarket maybe take 10 mins . Pretty quiet. Bathroom a little bit small. no laundry equipment.
