We got no service from the cleaners. Very dirty hotel. Small beds, the shower is old. When we asked for our money back to check out early they didn't accept to return the money. If you read this, don't get close to this hotel

For the price we weren't really expecting much. The beds were pretty low to the ground and the bathroom was out of date. The toilet seat was also cracked. The water coming out of the sink was a brownish color so I definitely wouldn't drink it. The receptionist spoke some English which we were impressed with. The breakfast was decent. They offer 3 options. I got cheese and ham slices and my dad got a cheese and ham omelette. They also gave us a basket of bread with butter and jam. It was really convenient to be right next to the bus station but it's a bit of a walk to get to any decent restaurants.

The rooms are not very clean. Especially the bathrooms need improvement. It's located next to the main Cluj bus station and a busy road, so it's very noisy. From 5:30am you can start to hear the announcements in the bus station and the buses with their engines running at idle. It doesn't have air conditioning and it's way too expensive for what you're getting.

Absolutely horrible. The shower doors were broken, the bathroom door can't be closed, the remote wasn't working and they refused to give us another one at the reception and the closet was also broken and so were the lamps that sit by the beds. Absolutely no words and not to mention that the man at the front desk refused to let us leave the hotel past 10 pm when it's supposed to be open 24/7? Thar has to be a joke. And don't even get me started on the food. The bread had MOLD. A hard skip. Please do yourself a favour and book any other hotel.

We chose it because we arrived at 4 am and they have 24 hrs reception. It was decent, clean, but old. A bit expensive for what they offered to be honest, you could probably stay in a luxury airbnb for the same price. The man who checked us in was very polite and we managed to sleep for a few hours. Would not recommend for a long stay, but for a one night emergency it was ok.

Excellent location. Just next to bus terminal and 12 minutes walk to train station. Room was comfortable, generally clean but could be better. Leakage inside the bathroom should be fixed before letting guest to move in. All front desk staff could speak English. Most of them were very friendly, unfortunately one appeared not.

I proposed full price of room for 3 hours but the jentleman on reception didn’t enjoyed my offer, strange people ))

If you like sleeping with bugs, this is the hotel for you. Very old and outdated. Bugs coming out from every corner and one little one was even in the welcome leafler of the hotel Pros - it's close to the train station

Not the best room but OK for a night or two

This could be to better standards but for the price it's a fair price for a budget hotel. Location is in walking distance of train station, bus services , shops etc. But be prepared for traffic noise daily , night time is quite fairly

The location is about 600 m from the train station. I walked to the train station in early morning with two suitcases. One should keep his expectation realistic. This is an old building probably built in the socialist era of Romania. There is no elevator. It is no big deal to me.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been too

The most awful hotel ever shower doors don't close broken shower head on the bottom off the shower toilet door doesn't close no disabled facilities staff couldn't speak a word off English no way off making tea or coffee in rooms wouldn't stay there again if you was to pay me too bugs everywhere 🤢🤢

If u read this skip this hotel! Bad toilets, stinky shower and room. No services to clean the room No refunds for this!

The worst hotel that I was, EVER

Bad hotel skip this hotel!! Bad service stinky room.

Scammers, bad toilets, stinky shower, smelly room, looks like someone alredy slept before and no one cleaned after them

The bed sheets were ripped, there were roaches, had to give the toilet a smack for it to start filling the tank with water for a flush. If you’re on the first floor, your shower will leak any time someone from one of the upper 3 floors uses the bathroom. All of which is understandable for the price, they perhaps can’t afford renovations etc. Although the biggest disappointment was the layer of dust on the drying rack of the bathroom and other issues with cleanliness. Overall bearable for a night or two.

Very disappointing hotel !!! Do not approach it very dirty rooms and reception are not ready to clean the room or replace our room. They wanted to take a lot of money from us because we are tourists.

Airport is fine, covid rules are not logical for vaccinated people.

It is close to the train station and has friendly personnel. For it's rating all is good except for the lack of a proper balcony. A little noisy, but it's normal for being close to a main road across the railway.

simple. Clean. A courteous staff. Near the railway station and the buses, and not expensive

This place was truly unexpected: service was very good, very friendly waitress and the food awesome, wholesome and tasty. If you're waiting for your bus I totally recommend this place, it's cozy and perfect for one's "waiting" purposes. Enjoy ;)
