A nice hotel, with a good location, nice personnel, where they greet you wearing a mask like they should. The breakfast was diverse and fresh, everything looked clean and safe to use. My only problem was with the room cleaning, the problem I see everywhere: they use the same water and mop for consecutive rooms. If you wonder where I know :), it's easy I am a bald guy that hates to see hair on the floor, especially long hair, and every afternoon I returned from work to the hotel room, there it was, hair in the room and in the bathroom after I picked it up a day before. So imagine how clean are the floors if they use the same cleaning water one room after another

Can recommend. Staff not super friendly and need to go uphill to reach the hotel. Overall everything was clean and decent.

We came to Cluj for one week and stayed at this hotel. Affordable price, amazing location, walking distance to the centre. Rooms are very nice and kept very clean. All staff members were all so very helpful with reccomendations and any other questions we had. Big thankyou to Diana! We will be back. Your friends from Malta 😀

Great Hotel in Cluj. Very nice and helpful staff, convenient location 10-15 min walk from Old Town despite a moderate climb when you're walking back from downtown to Hotel. Recommend!

It's affordable for a short trip. The service and the food is good, but there are only a few parking spaces around the hotel. The design of the building structure is strange, you have to watch out for the random level differences in the hallway and at the bathroom inside the hotel room.

Hotel Comfort is a great place to stay. Nice clean rooms and very friendly 24hr staff. Easy to get to Cluj city centre either by a very short taxi ride or a 10 minutes walk. I would recommend and definitely stay there again next time I am in town

Loved the place and the location. Though the way back from the city is uphill.

Very clean hotel, with nice decorations and facilities. Somewhat good position (~15 mins walk from city center) and friendly staff. On the down side, the temperature in the room was too high (and had no idea how to turn it down), the fridge was rather noisy, so we had to unplug it (oops :D) and the neighbors were building a house each day from 8 am. But these are just nitpicks. Hotel Confort is a good choice for any tourist that is willing to spend a bit more for some good facilities.

Nice located hotel, 15 minutes walking to central city. A lot of breakfast for the money asked. Parking. Could hear the people from the other rooms, so not very well sound proofed. Nice and helpful staff. Served very well my purpose. Would use it again. Covid measures seemed in place.

Super friendly staff. The waiter in the restaurant is super friendly. We've been there with a 1.4 yo toddler, and they've been super nice. Rooms are nice for the price range. The parking is done in the curt yard that can accommodate around 8 cars.

It’s clean and new,location is good.Room smells like sewage unless the windows are opened…… no hot water in the room.There’s no option to regulate the room temperature so it’s 30 degrees inside during the night.

Spacious room with two small, but comfortable beds. Breakfast has a large selection of all sorts of delights. Bravo!
