The Hotel looks good, from the outside, but the rooms lacked ... taste and investment. First, the bed is small, not cozy, the pillows were cheap, the bed sheets were cheap, we didn't have room service for the whole 4 days that we stayed there, the lighting in the room was not good, and It smelled like moist and cigarette smoke inside the room. The bathroom is ALL transparent - and although i want to share everything with my husband, there are some ... intimate things that your partner shouldn't see. That's that. The toilet paper was the cheapest one. Ok, don't buy Zewa, but something that is at least decent.The breakfast was cheap. SOOOO cheap. The only good thing about that breakfast were the fruits and the coffee.

An amazing place above Cluj to enjoy a sunny day by the pool. Rooms are great and the personnel is professional.

Great! Just amazing

Located in a quiet area, on top of the hill with a wonderful view over Cluj. The room was clean, the staff friendly and helfpul and the food very good. Definitely recommend this place if you like to get away from the crowded city.

Awesome place to stay while you're in Cluj, away from the crowds but still in acceptable distance from it! Located on a beautifully hill with a great panorama over the city. If you are lucky and brave, you can fill your belly with some cherries.

My room was filled with bugs, had no AC, was sweating all night, the tv didnt work. Overall not the best nights of sleeping.

I give 2 stars because the people that work there were verry helpful, but the rooms are not made to be rent for an entire night(are just made to be rented for 1 - 2 hours). We have paid at the checking for 2 nights with 2 breakfast. First day was ok, second day was as you can see in the picture because the person that was at work didn't know about us. In the room you can hear the people from the other rooms. It was verry cold in the first night. They have a fan for hot air.And if you can't sleep with a noisy fan in the room, you have 2 choices: you sleep with your jacket on or you can go somewhere else for accommodation (other hotel). The bathroom was just with glass.So if you are a little bit shy you can't go the toilet or shower. In front of the toilet it's a black glass, but this dosen't mean the noises can't be heard in the room. This is the long story short.

Review 08/2023 - great location with stunning views - free parking places - access to pool, sun lounges & outside garden with seating arrangements/chairs+tables for after hours drinks - rich breakfast options (food&drinks) ROOM - complimentary water bottle, house shoes, liquid hand-soap, shampoo/shower gel - no AC, mobile ventilator is available - peculiar room door open/close system - windows with mosquito net, with view towards the garden (when open, outside noises are possible : commercial planes flying over the property, after hours/late night party activities - double room : the bed frame is almost on floor ground

Great time spent at La Villa Restaurant.

Business trip, Cluj is always busy and bad, here's a spot of peace and calm. Quiet this time of year, access is not at all something unusual for Romania - of course by car. I like the idea of glass bathroom, might have good influence on couples 😉. As solo business trip - film production - is almost ideal, not to mention the price.

Good price quality, dinner and breakfast here is excellent.

It is a very nice place for small gatherings. The staff is very friendly and the food is very good.

Everything looks like a 4 star hotel but the pool freezes your balls off. They just put the budget they had into looks.

A true Italian restaurant and wine selection. Would have put 5 stars if the pool was bigger and deeper.

the restaurant was very good and welcoming, however it is 11pm and the music is loud in the room as if you were near the DJ, we arrived at 4pm and it will probably go like this all night ... YOU CAN'T REST FOR NOTHING ... LET'S IMAGINE GOING TO HAVE A NICE BATH IN THE POOL ... the tables are all around the pool and I certainly can't go with my wife to the pool in the middle of the whole party ... WE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!

Not bad at all. The food is great, the variations of meat are the best thing of the restaurant.

Price, Location, Room, everything just very good. Thank you so much “ La Villa “. I recommend this place to stay in Cluj to everyone even of is for one day pr more as is not far from the Town but you also can feel the fresh air from the nature is surrounded by. Lovely atmosphere and service.
