It's basically part refugee camp, part motel. They have offered their rooms for Ukrainian refugees, which is in itself not bad, but also not right to mix paying guests with refugees, who are very loud, bang and force your door because they need something and, since there is no functioning reception at the hotel, can't get help otherwise. Bathroom very old, bathtub leaky and floods the bathroom after every shower. Room was spacious, but because it was in the attic, very dark and dusty. The only positive thing about this hotel is that it is very close to the city center, 5 mins walking distance from the old town. All in all NOT a place where you can rest and enjoy your stay.

Had a 4 night stay at this hotel. Stayed in room 104. Would not recommend and here is why. Way over priced. Amenities were subpar. The bathroom was not ventilated and mouldy in some places. The plumbing didn't work properly and every time we took a shower the bathroom flooded. We talked to the receptionist about it. It was not fixed during our stay. Bed was uncomfortable. One nice thing were the clean bed linens. All in all, I would not recommend. Maybe as a last resort.

Normally it would be 4 and a half stars, but I rounded up to 5 because the hosts were exceptional. Very close to the center, with an old air, but in a good way. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is big enough. Breakfast is reasonable if you stay 2-3 days, having both hot and cold food, juice, coffee, tea, etc. The parking space is free, but quite small, you can also park on the street, but for a fee. As minuses would be the TV programs, many of which are coded, so it is a bit difficult to navigate through them, respectively the fan in the bathroom, which made an infernal noise when you turned it on. Otherwise, only good, pleasant atmosphere, relatively quiet (even if you are in the middle of the city), welcoming hosts.

The staff is more than 5*. Is ok for a short stay in the city, unless is winter and cold. Was chilly during the night and not heavy enough blankets.

Really nice rooms, with fan, TV, bathroom. We were allowed to store the luggage in the hotel before check in and after check out. Hotel is 10 min walk from the Old Town, supermarket is 5 min away and convenient public transport is also not far away.

Royal rooms, could easily be ☆☆☆☆. Clean and huge bathrooms which are comfortable for women. However, showering could be tricky. Breakfast are good, but limited. Friendly and helpful information desk.

Very nice hotel, good rooms, some beds are proper beds but some are sofa-bed. Pretty cheap but includes breakfast. Also pretty close to the city center (10 minute walk). Can't split the bill for cards.

Big rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, close to the city center. The room I got was cold and dark though, possibly because its location. Felt like a dark, cold well. Asked if the heating could be turned on for a bit, but it was not possible. There was no small heater available, all you could get was an additional blanket. As such, it was uncomfortable to stay in the room unless you stayed in bed. Not sure I would stay there again.

This hotel offered me a very spacious and quiet room at reasonable price. The hotel is very nice and has a large internal patio area (with restaurant, which regrettably I could not try) which is very quiet. The location is excellent, being only around a five minutes' walk from the centre. The staff were efficient and cheerful and the breakfast was more than satisfactory. Overall I definitely recommend this hotel.
