I forgot to cancel and they called me one day before the free cancellation period had expired to ask if I was going to come. They cancelled without complaining. Fair play!

My parents stayed here for over a week while visiting in Cluj. They had a lovely time and felt so welcome! Hotel is really modern and new. Breakfast was amazing and staff really had great customer service. Would recommend!

Great hotel in a good, quiet location. Modern decor, very clean. Bed was very comfortable, air con with adjustable settings meant that we had a 2 very good night's sleep. Breakfast was also very good and the staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and will return on our next visit to Cluj-Napoca.

Clean room, however rather small. TV in the room wasn't working on wifi. Service was good, friendly, breakfast was tasty, good coffee. Good location near city centre, good parking space.

Really nice small hotel close to the old town, the botanical gardens and all there is to see in Cluj, but in a quiet location off main roads. Great rooms, slightly quirky nice decor and a very good breakfast and coffee. Easy to book (called directly), with very friendly and helpful staff. There is a choice of umbrellas to borrow and I am sure that if any help was needed with anything, reception staff would happily oblige. An example of "omul sfințește locul", although "locul" is also very nice. Definitely good value for money! Thank you for a great stay! (Ps public transport is free in Cluj Napoca on Fridays!) A niche hotel with nice interior designs and friendly personnel. Although one night there, I would recommend it for a few nights in Cluj-Napoca.

Beautifully decorated room, huge bed, breakfast in the room, parking, friendly staff and it's very close to the central park, the botanical garden or the Japanese Tokio restaurant.

Great. Small rooms but comfortable. Free WiFi and very friendly staff. It has a big parking in the back of the hotel for free and included breakfast with all kind of food from fruit to eggs, biscuits, croissants... the only problem I found is that the curtains to sun block are useless. In summer at 5 am was entering all light inside the room despite we had the curtains closed but they are so thin that the sunlight comes to the room without problems. It is a little bit difficult to find to access to the hotel is through a small street in which there is a little sign.

I recommand it!!! I had a room for two people and I had a very good experience. The hotel is modern, colorful and placed in a good location. The room was very clean with a beautiful design. The breakfast was excelent. The staff was friendly and professional. We really liked the time spent here.

Nice little boutique style hotel, great room with a reasonable view of a small bit of woodland. Light weight duvet which made a big difference for me and nice room temperature. Great location, also good gym very close

Wow! Cool boutique hotel! I loved every single thing about it. I have no idea why it's rated 3 stars. It's definitely 4 and a half. Great funky design, really good breakfast, great location. The staff is young and welcoming. A real refreshing spirit in the hotels scene. The room was a bit small but comfy and clean. We loved the shower and all amenities. Everything is well thought of and modern. The only downside is trying to get here, it's in a back small alley, not safe for non small cars as you have to squiz your way in the pathway to the hotel back parking lot. Be careful. Also there's no sign of the hotel before you guess yourself to the small alley.

A 6 star experience for 3 star hotel. Excellent service, very kind staff who truly goes above and beyond to help. Really a gem. The entrance isn't THAT hard to find (look at the map!) And I love my well designed adorable little room. It's small but I love it, it reminds me of my college dorm days! Very clean too. No hair conditioner, lotion or bathtubs. Everything else is available including a decent breakfast.

Central location, free parking. In a city like Cluj, these features are extremely important for a hotel. Clean rooms - nicely decorated, excellent buffet style breakfast. Very professional and easy to do business staff.

Absolutely fantastic service! Our room was clean, breakfast was a nice spread and the staff make the best coffees! Great location in walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants.
