An outdated establishment in need of refurbishing (paint, horrible mattress), with hygiene issues (toilet leaking on the floor, black mold in the bathroom on the ceiling), malfunctioning appliances (A/C not working and with a MacGyvered evacuation, window not closing properly, shades not closing because of broken accessories). Despite all that the (rather) motel is in a very good location. The staff was friendly, all issues mentioned couldn't have been solved by the staff on the spot.

Great location in the heart of old town Cluj,great food served for a hearty breakfast friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very clean and have basic imenties. Totally recommended this hotel to travellers,only downfall if your on the top floor theres no elevator.

We spent 10 nights there. The only upside was the location, very central and convenient, and Wi-Fi, included in the room price. These, unfortunately, didn't make up for the many serious problems with the room. We were in the loft room, 2 adults, and 1 child. The room was located on the 4th floor, without a lift. The last flight of stairs was a very steep metal staircase, almost impossible for my son (3) to climb and hard for me as well. The room, being a loft room, has low ceilings, and we had the feeling of spending most of the time bending over to avoid banging our heads on the ceiling boards and beans. The room didn't have curtains on the windows or Velox windows, making the room completely bright by 5 am. The air vent in the bathroom was so noisy we couldn't turn it on at the night without risking waking everybody up. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, hard and noisy when moving or sitting up to leave the bed. There was no cleaning service in the room, so in the 10 days we stayed there, the room was never cleaned. Twice I had to clean the bathroom myself, and I had to request a change of sheets half way during our stay. Most days we were left without toilet paper or clean glasses. Once I asked for a toilet roll, and the girl at the reception argued with me saying that they already left one in the room earlier! The air conditioner unit had no instructions and the display on the remote didn't work properly, making it hard to operate it. The room was generally dusty and with webs in corners. There was some black mold starting to build up in the bath/shower room, and the water pressure in the was inadequate, making it difficult to wash. The breakfast was basic. They only offered eggs from the kitchen, and once they complained when I asked for a fruit yogurt for my son. We asked to changed room after the second night but were told that we were in the only family room. No other discount or apologies were offered in relation to our complaints. Overall a terrible stay that almost spoiled our time in the city.

The only good thing here is the location. The rooms are small, poorly renovated, no ventilation in bathroom, bad smelling, awful mattress. No elavator in the building. Bad breakfast.

Awfully disappointing. Small and smelly rooms, young and inexperienced staff, badly done interior finishings, poorly renovated. Bad breakfast with cheapest ingredients from Mega Image, from around the corner. Bed mattresses which break your back, old and run down.

Nice little hotel at the city center. Room was ok,very clean with comfortable bed. The only problem was that there was no window to open only a skylight so if you choose the hotel pick a room in the 1st or 2nd floor

In January we made a reservation for this hotel for one room in July, exactly for the Depeche Mode concert night, for the price of 50 euro. We chose this hotel because it was central and 20 minutes away by foot from the Stadium. This reservation was made in January, to be sure I had a room in July. In June the hotel reconfirmed we had this room, just to be informed a few days later that our reservation was no longer available due to a mistake of the employees who mixed up July with June. So we were left with no possibility for accommodation 1 month before the concert. At this moment the city is fully booked for the concert, the only rooms available cost 260 euro, so imagine my surprise to be left with no accommodation in these conditions. They proposed a room in exchange, in a house in the suburbs, 60 minutes away by foot from the Stadium. Thank you but no, I made a reservation in January just to avoid this situation and it is not my problem that the hotel employees cannot do their job properly. They promised to solve this situation by the end of last week, but nothing happened, I guess it takes a long time to solve this. My only conclusion is the hotel wants to sell this room for a better price, so do not rely on them for anything. Thank you for ruining my holiday.

CHEATERS! - be careful Took money for 6 days, when I left 1 day earlier they refused to return money and gave invoice for 5 days with fake receipt for less amount then charged me! Wifi provide access to extremely weak internet, one can download mails but can't search. It was cold in a room. Plan of bathroom was made by idiot - very inconvenient to use sink and toilet. Hairdryer was provided on demand but there are no sockets close to mirrors. Breakfast is simple and the same every day. I wouldn't recommend to stay here.

Comfortable, clean. Service is a bit thin. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel but we didn't try it. Great location.

Great location, average food for breakfast, decent room, but without parking or elevator. I had a noisy air conditioner and the radiator was not working (at the end of october), therefore it was extremely cold in the room.

Loved the place. Everything from the front desk attendant to the cleanliness of the room, the walking distance to shops and restaurants and the park. Breakfast is very good. A little bit noisy at night due to all the places within shirt distance but it was not a deal breaker. Thank you for the hospitality and kindness

Pretty standard size room. The breakfast was basic but good. The staff were very nice and helpful especially Alex. Spent 6 nights there and honestly I have no complaints. The bed is cozy. The hotel is accessible by public transport yet the area is quiet at night; so I enjoyed peaceful sleep everyday. Shopping malls, convenience store and several food outlets are at walking distance. There's a restaurant downstairs if you don't wanna walk. It's a nice play to stay when you're out during the day. It's very good value for the price you pay.

The staff is really nice and kind. This modern Hotel and really comfortable to stay at. It has a really nice style.

Small hotel in the city center, excelent location, very friendly staff, comfortable beds. There is no WiFi in the rooms on the third floor. A smell in the bathroom, when flush water in the toilet it appears on the floor. There were no clean service in the room, theye even did not refill soap and take garbage.

Hotel is placed in the city center. Next to the local restaurant-very convenient location. Ragarding room and bathroom-all clean and comfi. Owners are awesome-they helped us once our motorike needs some repair. It makes us feel like at home :) fully recommend:)

Tidy, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast. Located very centrally, walk distance to city sights. A bit laud at night, due to neighboring bars and restaurants, if the room faces the street.

Amazing!

Being right in the city center, Fulton hotel (former Inn) offers basic yet cosy accommodation, the base services and comfy rooms. Still, a lot remains unavailable for the exigent travellers; the central location compensates somewhat for all that. Be aware, a parking for the customers is not available here
