No parking, I was advised by the staff to park on the sidewalk, among pedestrians. The wifi signal is basically non existent, just like the heating. They said the heating will start around 7:00 pm... After 2 hours of waiting in a cold room, when I went to the receptionist to ask what was going on, she told me that if I am cold I can use the extra blanket found in the closet.

Very nice and helpfull staff. Clean rooms and decent breakfast. Great for business trips.

By far the worst experience I have ever had. It buffles me that such horrific customer service can possibly exist. Nonetheless, they lie about their rooms in the most disrespectful way. The pics you see online are only from a couple of rooms. The other 10-12 or whatever they are horror. Dirty, no air, some of them almost no windows, the bathrooms unusable. At 8 in the morning they had workers braking and smashing walls just next to me..... Just completely unbelievable. Please, for your health and well stay, look for a different hotel.

Pleasant 3 star hotel with good breakfast and value for money.

Was here only for a quick lunch, not particularly impressed. The reception and the hotel looks decent from outside.

Cheap, clean and comfortable. Affordable, good breakfast included (usually), a bit far away from the real city by walk, acceptable with a rented car. At Saturday night nothing is there and the bar of the place close at 23!! So you will miss everything: the night life in the city centre is fairly interesting. Consequently, please take a taxi and enjoy, don't be lazy because the location. For people that just want to sleep, its a perfect place. Some stuff talk good English, but not everyone.

Internet connection is bad, you cannot use Skype, Viber or other VoIP with it. Food for breakfast is bad. Didn't try for lunch, dinner or supper though. In room I stayd in was all the time cigarette smell. People are smoking inside rooms and in corridors. Bathroom is in OK condition. Not good, but OK. Good thing is that it's near the city centre.

No power socket for TV set, land phone not working, no A/C, wireless connection works poor disconnection on random, or no internet at all, wires hanging on the table and behind TV set table, no designated parking, no technical support to solve internet problems,

Very big room, the staff was nice, good breakfast. The view of the room was to a wall, from a nearby building. We paid a double room and got a triple, which was great as we were traveling with 2 kis

The hotel is clean but the breakfast is quite terrible (coffee too) and the rooms are a bit decayed with improvised fixes. It's not really a 3 star hotel. The outside terrace is really nice though and prices are really good.

We went to the hotel to watch a soccer game with friends. The outdoor atmosphere was good and the service was good. I had a chicken veggie meal which was a little bland. My only real complaint is there isn't easy access to a restroom from outside.

The hotel is ok for short stays. It had air conditioning and it was reasonably clean. They were ok for us to show up in the middle of the night - they have 24h front desk. My main complaints are: 1. it has no lift and if you have big luggages, that can be a big issue 2. there were flies hovering over the buffet in the morning

A very nice location, very clean and tidy place, big room with balcony and smoking place, TV, internet and min-bar. The bathroom is clean, with bathtub and shower. Very nice, warm and helpful staff. Highly recommended!
