I can’t understand why this hotel is rated as 4 star. It is not ok to not have hot water running, to have the worst smell in the room, stains all over the place, the cleaning standards are below low. I have no understading why you should pay the price they are requesting for such services. I highley recommend you to choose something else. The worst experience by far.

We had no water for our whole accommodation, no towels, no blankets. The sheets were dirty, the carpet was dirty. At the checkin, we waited for one hour to enter our rooms because they provided us a wrong door code and they did not answer their phones and no one was at the reception. Very poor employees, we called them so many times until they answered to help with the water. It was raining in the lift. They did not provide us the water we paid for in the room. We also had bugs in the room.

The Room had a strong cigarette smell (like an ashtray). They did not offer onother room when I requested. The hottel is near a big cemetery. I can not understand how this hotel coukd be rated with 4*.

I was with my family there : 1- the room is clean but still have strange smell 2- the AC was not working even it was too hot out side 3- the fridge is completely not working 4- the windows on street not having any net so the mosquitoes entering . Beside it’s noisy ! So in general very bad experience I and would not recommend at all . ONLY the breakfast was perfect and we enjoyed it . * we have told the person in charge , he could not do anything , even we paid full amount in advance !

The hotel has a lebanese restaurant with good food, very slow service and loud music. The room was big but they have a lot to improve in cleanliness of the bathroom and carpet. Also I wouldn't really call it boutique as the facilitues aren't at that level. I had to leave early, around 7am and breakfast wasn't available, not even on the go.

Had a pleasant stay. Rooms are big, staff was kind enough to answer any of our requestes. Great location.

They call it a boutique… but it is more like a transit hotel. It is not bad (exterior looks fine, interior gives you the impression that it is a cool hotel, room acceptable at the lower limit, no attention to details, bathroom old and used but hot water, only one towel). Breakfast is individual, you can choose from 4 types, it is ok. So, it is ok but you may find better hotels at the same price.

Indeed a very pleasant place to stay in for a couple of days. Place is new, tidy and the hospitality of its people is great. I recomand it!

My stay at the hotel was exceptional, offering a warm welcome, spotless rooms and delicious food. The attentive service of the staff and the quick response of the concierge service helped make my stay a memorable experience.

Their food is delicious, you should check their Libanese restaurant. The hotel is located very close to the center of Cluj-Napoca. Our room had a pretty view and the overall conditions were quite decent for the price we paid.

Very cosy and nice hotel. Great price ratio in comparison to the services they provide. Food at the restaurant tasty, atmosphere warm and welcoming, service is prompt and informative.

2 stars is generous. the rooms are dirty and smell, the breakfast is bland.

The location was very good, near a small park. The hotel looks nice and clean, but there was cigarette smell each day in the room.

The room was OK, but nothing special. The Lebanese restaurant was good, but the constant, loud Lebanese music spoiled the experience for us, after a long, 10-hour day spent driving.

More of a 2 star Hotel, not clean, not cleaned daily our room smilled off cigarette and weed there was a massive water leak in the shower not enough towels not enough toilet paper the workers are not available 24/7 as they claim on the other hand the workers are nice and the restaurant was decent.

Excellent teams , and they really appreciate the customers I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Very clean restaurant, clean room and the perfect shower. We would definitely book again! Thank u everyone treated excellent service

The restaurant is good, the Lebanese breakfast is delicious. It has parking spots and the location is fine. Unfortunately, for a 4 stars hotel, the bathroom was not so well cleaned and either WC or the bath tub leaked. The carpet from the floor had some dirt spots. We did not have heat during one of the nights.

Multiple problems - light in the bathroom was not working, floor was filthy, AC did not work, entire place smelled like the restaurant (which smelled great until you wanted to go to bed).

It was horrible experience to stay at your hotel. Dirty room and bathroom, insects.

Location was handy for us for what we had to do and it was fair for the price we paid. It is clean and quite ok but if you were to consider that it is a 4* hotel, it is lacking attention to details(shower, handsoap, paint scraps on walls, maintenance)...

Service OK, food quite good if you like Arabic cuisine, but the offer is very limited and prices pretty high. There are places in Cluj where one can eat better.

Lovely and quiet place, really nice staff and delicious breakfast!
