Good place to stay and clean!

Comfortable, good location, great food in restaurant. Recommend.

Disappointing. Minibar is almost empty (only water) and restaurant opens after 17 o'clock... pretending to be a 4 star hotel :(

The rooms are more than you could ask, the flaws come from management. I visited places enough to see when the staff or the superiors are at fault with the downsides. The staff is very friendly and the kitchen is lead by a young chef known for high quality and freshness. But seems the managers have other plans: if you happen to be served some low and cheap quality dish(especially during breakfast), don't blame the staff. Also it seems they care less about their receptionists, their office is cold enough to get sick during seasons.

I stayed here for seven days. As a visitor, some of the staff was nice but the ones that weren't were extremely rude and when this was bought to the attention of the front desk who asked "how was your stay here" she simple replied "that's just they way they are". The taxi service they used were abusive. The hotel maid never cleaned our room. The WiFi was horrible and spotty. The hallways were always dark although the hotel was full. The restaurant staff was extremely nice and that was the nicest part of our stay. The experience here contributes to the reason why I won't be coming back to Romania.

Every time in Cluj, I will stay in this hotel. I just love it here.

Really enjoyed our stay here . Breakfast was great . Staff were really lovely and helpful. If ever in Cluj , give it a try . Won't be disappointed.

Great quality / price ratio.

The hotel is very nice. Staff is friendly. The breakfast is varied. Pretty much the same offer, with a few changes every day. Parking is safe. Rooms are clean (our refrigerator did not work). Dinner is not so expensive and everything was delicious, recommended pork ribs. I stayed there for 10 nights.

Very nice hotel in Cluj. We Had a huge room. Breakfast was great. Parking for free in front of the hotel. Absolutely recomendable.

The room is clean but I was freezing cold between the 30th of November and the 4th of December. Avoid room 108!!! I absolutely froze from the cold. Another problem is the rooms facing the street. Theese must be avoided, there is quite a lot of noise from the road because the cars even in the evening go fast on this section.

Clean hotel, not destroyed yet. All the equipments still working in the rooms. Maybe the windows need regulation because some noise coming from main road. Service at good level.

Hotel looks very nice, but rooms are too hot and airco not working! Restaurant is good, also breakfast is good. Bar closes way too early though (22pm)

The apartment was so far from clean, like never have been cleaned, the restaurant staff was impolite, I ate here one of the worst Cesar salads ever. The breakfast was good, nothing special but good.
