Pros: Most of times available, with private bathroom, quite close to center. The guy from the reception is very nice and offeres great tips where to eat or find something around. They offer some breakfast, but it's not cooked by them, but by a restaurant nearby and it's quite expensive(30 RON) but you can get it anytime you want. Their parking lot is limited to 3 spots. Cons: The mattresses are not so comfortable, just to say it the nice way. Furniture is quite old. The terrace is being shared with the neighbour. The bathroom is low equipped and with old finishings. Towels could be newer, but seemed clean. No shower curtain and everything looked very worn-out. Walls and doors do not isolate very well and noise from outside is reach to hear. So basically you could hear everything.

Disasters! Nothing into the adresse - non exist- after phone call - nobody answer - after send me message, that the booking is make a mistake. Fortunatelly we found somethink else to sliping there. Who take responsability?

We were accommodated in separate apartment building with a room no where near the 3 star rating the place has.

The personnel is very welcoming and responsive, the rooms are pretty spacious but some places could be cleaned better

This is without a doubt my favorite place in Cluj and I've been coming here for the better part of a decade. I stayed in this hotel over a month & everything was wonderful, particularly the staff.
