While this is a very nice hotel, in a beautiful location, there are so many loud events organized in the vicinity. If you happen to stay here when one of those is happening, there isn't a quiet moment all day, because the bass from the music coming from nearby is just deafening. It might be from the bar across the street or events organized right in the hotel parking lot, which makes it impossible to find a parking spot too. This has happened to me a few times and it ruined the entire stay. Make sure to check for any events happening in the area before booking.

We rented a small, nice, cozy room for the baptism of our daughter. Very nice place for a family event. All guests loved the fresh, tasty food.

The hotel is quiet and well placed. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is good. A better cleaned shower will be a plus. A bit of mould was in the corners of the shower cabin and the bathroom in incredibly small.

The food wasn't the best in the restaurant, otherwise everything was very nice. Staff was friendly, the common areas and rooms were clean, bathrooms are a bit small but modern and sufficiently equipped. The view from the rooms is very nice.

Woah, I guess I'm lucky to be alive. There was banging music after midnight. I called reception and she told me there was no party anymore. I started wandering around the 1st floor and somehow got to a ground floor party of some mafia-type people. Some guy came out threateningly and kept asking how I found that place and I quickly got away fearing my safety. Thankfully he was drunk. I snuck through reception and heard the guy coming out and talking to her about being found out. I quickly snuck to my room. The music was gone afterwards. Will I be alive in the morning?

Just the location was good, the receptionist was a bit arrogant and not so much interested to help. I did checkout at 3 in the morning and she looks unhappy that I call the bell to call taxi probably she was sleeping. The bathroom is ridiculously small , but for couple of hours was fine ( I had flight early in the morning). The hotel was in construction and I was very surprised that the price still the same , it was very noisy and uncomfortable for the guests. Overall just the location is good because is near to Iulius Mall otherwise is a big no no !

Horrible customer service and very rude staff! Bad breakfast. The only thing good about this hotel is the location. I definitely recommend staying somewhere else. We won’t come back.

The room has paper thin walls, it was almost like sharing the room with the ones next to me. Most of the time I could not sleep even with earplugs, due to noise from other room.
