Let
me
preface
my
review
by
saying
that
I'm
kind
of
a
3rd
wave
specialty
coffee
enthusiast,
always
on
the
hunt
for
the
perfect
cup
of
specialty
"black"
coffee.
I've
had
a
lot
of
good
coffee,
from
Ethiopians
that
taste
like
fresh
raspberries
to
Thai
Moonstone
that's
like
lychees
to
Columbians
that
have
been
like
flowers.
I'm
the
kind
of
person
who
has
a
*spreadsheet*
of
notes
of
all
the
coffees
I've
tried
throughout
my
travels.
Every
time
I'm
in
a
new
city
my
first
search
is
for
specialty
coffee.
I
have
just
finished
traveling
through
all
four
corners
and
the
center
of
Romania
and
I
have
stopped
at
so
many
specialty
coffee
places
in
this
fantastic
country.
To
be
honest,
I've
had
great
specialty
coffee
in
other
countries
but
was
starting
to
lose
hope
in
finding
a
"wow"
cup
in
Romania...
until
I
went
to
Yume.
Yume
Coffee
is
the
best
that
Romania
has
to
offer
if
you're
looking
for
true
3rd
wave
specialty
coffee
and
want
to
experience
many
kinds
of
single
origin
coffees.
There
are
lots
of
other
coffee
roasters
in
Romania
that
advertise
themselves
as
specialty
coffee,
but
Yume
stood
clearly
out
from
the
pack
during
all
my
travels
and
taste
tests
throughout
the
country.
I
tried
their
Kenyan
Gachatha
Peaberry
which
was
wonderfully
juicy
and
pleasant
and
their
Columbian
El
Caney
Gustavo
Zuluaga
which
reminded
me
of
ripe
papaya
with
vanilla
and
a
touch
of
sugar.
Both
are
fantastic
examples
of
what
specialty
coffee
should
be.
These
are
coffees
that
need
to
be
appreciated
on
their
own,
without
the
other
additions
like
milk
and
syrup.
If
you're
into
specialty
coffee
or
want
to
add
another
dimension
to
your
coffee
life
that's
different
from
the
traditional
roasty
milk
beverages,
you
need
to
visit
and
try
Yume.
In
Romania,
Yume
is
it.
