£718
to
stay
2
nights
in
a
suite
which
was
in
desperate
need
of
redecorating,
the
whirlpool
was
the
reason
we
booked
this
room
but
there
are
no
electric
blinds
as
stated
so
nearly
broke
my
neck
trying
to
put
the
blinds
down,
once
blinds
were
down
we
realised
they
are
not
long
enough
for
the
windows.
When
we
arrived
the
bedroom
curtains
were
hanging
off
the
rail
but
my
husband
fixed
this.
Bathroom
is
a
nice
size
with
great
shower
but
the
tiling
has
been
so
badly
done
it
drove
my
tiler
husband
insane
for
2
days,
he
also
advised
that
the
shower
tray
is
not
sealed
and
this
will
lead
to
leak
damage.as
a
previous
manager
of
one
of
Scotlands
most
popular
wedding
venues
I
was
shocked
by
the
cold
plates
for
our
mains
and
Luke
warm
food.
Cocktail
we
had
were
lovely
and
so
was
sticky
toffee
pudding.
We
had
trouble
getting
a
table
for
dinner
as
we
weren't
given
any
restaurant
info
at
check
in
and
didn't
get
use
of
spa
either
as
no
info
was
given
for
this.
On
our
second
day
we
went
out
for
our
anniversary
and
when
we
returned
we
were
informed
that
cleaners
had
called
manager
to
our
room
as
they
thought
they
should
not
be
in
the
room
as
there
was
police
records
,
evidence
etc
lying
around.
It
took
who
knows
how
many
people
roaming
around
our
room
to
figure
out
it
was
a
murder
mystery
game
we
had
been
playing
the
evening
before.
As
funny
as
this
was
!
The
cleaners
should
not
have
been
in
our
room
without
a
sign
saying
please
make
up
my
room.
This
was
a
trip
for
our
2nd
wedding
anniversary
with
the
intention
on
rebooking
for
every
anniversary
and
was
meant
to
be
special
and
absolutely
worth
every
penny
,
I
feel
like
it
totally
disappointed
me
after
we
stayed
in
a
pet
friendly
room
at
the
hotel
last
year
for
our
anniversary
as
we
couldn't
get
a
dog
sitter
and
the
experience
then
was
lovely!
That's
why
we
rebooked
on
checking
out
last
year
to
return
for
our
2nd
anniversary
.
Unfortunately
I
think
we
will
need
to
find
something
else
to
accommodate
our
wedding
anniversaries
from
now
on.
